Junk attacks with a biger muta force, but gets lazy with the micro, and loses some to scourge. That coupleled with CH using lings to tank the splash damage means that he won big.
Meanwhile, CH snuck a few lings into the main and killed half the drones
CH's muta fly across the map and gg, Juni got rolled hard
Why is Juni even still on the A-team. He's horrible in all match-ups and its not like he's new. I'm sure they got some B-team zerg who deserves to be given a chance.
oh, CH opts to not put his third at an island, so it looks like hydra play. But he also is geting fast lair, so either super fast lurkers, or at least some mutas

less tech, more zealot/goon.
I don't know how early he diagnosed it, but if he had gotten 3 goons instead of stargate/sairs, he would have had a shot. Obs really wouldn't have helped because there were just so many hydras.
that was a very nice drop. CH had the discipline to spread out his lurkers so storm couldn't get any 2 at the same time, and they all still did nice splash.
lol, january is done messing around, stork is out.

But CH only got a 2 kill. D:
I think KHAN is under performing now indeed, they can do better, Stork isn't crushing anyone around, and others are just inconsistent. I think KHAN will lose.

It's been the case for a pretty long time that Stork's PvZ isn't fantastic, but that he almost always brings it up a few notches against Jaedong. Might be that he is more comfortable with Jaedong's style.
so i noticed that light is on the woongjin stars roster and ive been doing some searching, but i havent found any news on the trade/team switch. can anyone link me? thanks
EDIT: jk found some stuff --;; i feel dumb haha D:

not morph 2 archons at the first sight of mutas?
He still had a lot of storms, and he had no reason to expect zero to dodge them all.
I think I would have liked to see some reaver though.
AFAIK, he made 6 HTs and morphed the first 4 into Archons - meaning the two HTs didn't have as much energy.
As for storms, I counted... 4 maybe?
Certainly the odds were stacked against Stork - I mean the map is very open outside of the fairly wide choke. Zero had a lot of room to work with. And besides, we're not talking about some B-teamer - this is one of the best Zergs in the world. If Stork needed reminder of Zero's micro, he got one seeing Zero move his mutas.

I think there were 8 storms total. And as others have been saying, that storm dodge was just amazing, to the point that I would only "expect" it from Jaedong, and not even most of the time.
And zero's weakness has always been his micro. It's why he is so bad at ZvZ, and tries to make it not ZvZ whenever possible.

Zero has amazing micro. It's just he makes terrible decisions (especially in ZvZ) and gets overconfident too easily.
Speaking of which, yay time for Zero to lose again.

It was the only choice, tbh.
Why not Brave? He has a decent record in PvZ and PvP and I'd say he probably has a better chance against Light than Great does, even with his bad PvT record.

I hope they fight each other with ultralisks rather than mutalisks which I find very hard to tell apart in a huge air battle with all those plagues and acid spores and ensnares

Meh, join the club lol. I am happy about ZerO's win over Stork since the build order was pretty genius and man the Storm dodging. I just wish ZerO would win a SL next season.

If ZerO can't win either the next MSL or OSL, I'm going to be really discouraged, given his current condition. His ZvT and ZvP are at his best.
crazy game between zero and stork, couldn't believe how many hydras zero whipped up.. when they were in stork's expansion, it looked like they were doing a ton of damage.

WeMade interviews never get done quick haha. It'll come eventually, patience!
Well actually the last woongjin vs wemade interviews were out in like less than 20 hours after the match :u, so it wasn't that slow. it's been a few days so I was just curious if they weren't put up at all, it's happened to Stars interviews quite a bit this season :[

Good point! It's a shame, Stars interviews are generally the best
