I mean, obviously if your opponent plays better than you and has a lead he's going to win. The fact that Flash had the persistence and skill to stay in the game and win from Mind's (admittedly glaring) errors is what's so impressive. Also, he's done it repeatedly in TvT so it's clearly not unique to Mind just messing up.

Mind still could fight on from this. Factories didn't matter that much on this stage, and if even they did, he could rebuild them cause he had extra resources. X_x

The mistakes weren't as blatantly obvious but wow, that was a Leta-esque (Dropship disaster on Polaris) failure by Mind.
That's the second time Flash didn't look good in a TvT playing against a warmed up opponent going for an all kill (other time was Fantasy on Benzene). Both times his opponents blew big/huge leads. Last time Flash went on to roll SKT1....

Yeah, his decision making was top notch during the drop. He targeted the armories first and then the add on for BCs which closed the gap between their BCs. If Mind hadn't had that weak spot in his line or just countered when the drop happened that game would have been over.

That's got to be be biggest lead blown in the history of TvT. After securing 1 o'clock all he had to do was move 2 inches forward to deny Flash's mining on the lowground at 1. Seriously, any D level noob could have won that game in that position. Terrans just give away wins left and right to Flash.

At this point it's kind of silly to ask yourself how this always happens, but I just cannot stop myself. Sure, I can attribute all of this to Flashs brilliance. His Dropships find a way through the enemy lines, he snipes armory and physics lab, than he gets an EMP off and then his Battle Cruisers beat Minds. Yeah I get that.
But from another perspective, how can you let those dropships into your base and kill important buildings, when the whole map is covered in turrets and you are swimming in minerals, how can you let them in? So you ate the EMP, why in gods name do you engage shortly after? Just let this freaking base die, 1-2scans are enough to see that you cannot engage at that very moment, the game is not automatically lost just because you lose one base temporarily, you were ahead for good 10 minutes.
Flash is just in the head of the other players. They know he can, and they know he will destroy them, and then they fall apart when they finally lose momentum, they seem to be too scared to stay calm. In the MSL, Classic stayed clam on Triathlon, and he beat a Flash that was also on ~7bases. Even if it's Flash, there is just no reason to lose a gime like Mind just did.

Well played by Flash and holymotherfuckingawful mistakes by mind When similar things happen time and time and time again with the same player it's not a coincidence. No other player in the world would've won that game given the same situation as Flash was in.
I wouldn't go that far, there have been TvT comebacks without Flash involved.
I mean I understand you love the guy but please don't claim that he's the only person in the world able to do something.

Mind didn't know what to do when having a huge advantage over Flash. Against any players, he would've been aggressive and take out the 12 oclock base, but this is Flash so he's being passive. He's probably thinking to himself that, ok I have a huge advantage over him, I shouldnt be reckless and do something stupid that I'd regret. So he played passive waiting for BC to make his final push, but Flash with a stroke of genius play,sniped the armory and science facility won him the game. Amazing game imo
