Playing hard against Flash up to that point is already a + in my book, no matter how "fail" he could have been in executing a victory. I'm happy that Mind at least showed something and didn't just get steamrolled into failgg. Hopefully Wemade can pick up the scraps from here and try and secure a victory.

I more prefer Flash when Flash is winning like vs Jaedong and others call him "godlike", than when his opponents give him the victory for free just by being very, very unaccurate and dumb. Well played by Flash and holymotherfuckingawful mistakes by mind

I wrote several times during this game about how it was over and Flash didn't have a chance, but I never posted anything like that because we've been through the exact same thing so many times before. I've learned from my mistakes; you can literally never count Flash out of a TvT. Indeed. I still remember that ridiculous comeback against FBH he executed. Flash has an uncanny knack for somehow turning the table on his opponents.

(both 12 and inner 1 were vulnerable for the longest amount of time) i.e. the longer the game goes on, the more chances Flash has to come back against him 2. never building a vessel despite Flash going BC's, until it was too late 3. handling his BC's incautiously (perhaps assuming that Flash didn't have near-equal numbers) to be honest all of the above could possibly be attributed to Mind just not keeping up with what Flash was doing - not scanning the right places or sending sacrificial scvs or vultures to keep track of what was going on 4. leaving big holes in his defense, assuming Flash would never exploit them In addition, I also hypothesize that massing more dropships would have helped mind a lot on both defense and offense.

Flash won that game through some precision dropping, the physics lab snipe and some game winning EMPs. Flash made that win; Mind got out played is all. But that's understating how solid Mind's play was.

Mind was so out of position because he was used to the normal progression of TvT, and that won Flash the game. A couple minutes without making BCs and losing your upgrades is a pretty big deal. I was so impressed by this move from Flash. Save it for Pimpest Plays. Totally mind gamed him and gave Flash a big part of the comeback.

No other player in the world would've won that game given the same situation as Flash was in.
