Bisu - I like him a lot. Don't care for his fans, but do wish he advances(2nd, preferably so he doesn't play Stork next round). He's probably the best bet to win a Bo5 against Jaedong, and arguably the best hope for protoss to win the MSL Kal - Don't care for him. He's very meh as a player. Less so than Free or Best, who to me are just standard players who are really really good. Kal is a player that when I watch I feel "this guy's really good". But not "this guy's AMAZING" the way I feel about Stork/Bisu when they're on. Just doesn't really do it for me. Shine - His ZvP is the abusive kind, but not the fun kind. He's like a more advanced version of Luxury in that he knows how to abuse the matchup advantage but not much else. When I watch him win I find that my first reaction is "WTF is the other guy doing" and not how well Shine played. Still, I can't argue with results. But I don't want to see him in a Bo5 against anyone. Really - I do want him to win if only to get some more terrans in after Leta/Fantasy fail. He's so inconsistent I really don't know what to think of him. But since I really liked estro and the stars, I'll root for him here. Hoping for Really 2-0, Bisu 2-1. Predicting Kal 2-0, Bisu 2-1. | ||

I think it's a shame to see one of the likes of Shine, Kal or Bisu exiting at this stage, but it makes for one hell of an interesting group. As a Toss fan I think it's easy to dislike Shine b/c of his PvZ. As others have said, it appears to be abusive at times, and you're wondering what the Toss player is doing, but honestly I think that's belittling the guy's skills. Ignoring all the 10 min Shine jokes, the fact of the matter is the guy has great game sense and knows exactly when to exploit a weakness in the Toss defences. My natural reaction was to be a Shine hater, but after watching his games critically I have grown to respect him. Bisu has to man up and lift his game to prove to his fans he's worthy of another MSL title. The ball's in his court, and if he fails to cover his main, or goes for an all-in Goon like in the OSL, then he really has no excuses - that sort of performance is just not worthy of a would-be 2010-11 MSL champ. | ||

Bisu is still 3-5 vs. Shine. Watch Shine vs. Stork in the OSL tiebreakers. Eventhough Stork had the advantage Shine was still fighting like a boss until the very end. | ||

Pity that there's no other zerg(s) in the group, as Shine's ZvZ feels really monstrous. Though, I think he should 2hatch muta from 12pool/overpool and try to play Really ZvZ style, if he happens to go vs Really. vs Kal he surely can win (as I remember he is 4-0 vs Kal?). But they might not meet. I think that he might meet Really in losers I doubt that Bisu will win vs Kal. X_x That guy is just too good when it really matters. IMHO his real strength is his self confidence. He really looks like a rock. ^_^ SO imho: Bisu>Shine Kal>Really Shine>Really Bisu<Kal Bisu<Shine X_X hope that works ^_^ OH LOL WTF. Just noticed - loser/winner map is Dante's Peak where Zerg vs Nonzerg = 5:0 :D Final map is Triathlon where Zerg can take like 4 bases for free. So I think that my predictions might not be "random" but actually work kkkkk.  | ||
