He outsmarted himself. He tried to be way to clever and failed in the end, horribly. That plus some severe Micro mistakes. No progamer, not even Firefist offrace, should have lost the game in under 10 minutes with this buildorder.

He left the DT across the bridge so he could see if/when ForGG moved out. ForGG expected that and moved through 12 instead, left mines in the path as he walked right into the nat. DTs came back to support the nat, and died to the mines ForGG left for them

No. Mines are good for defending from DTs, but not for attacking... forGG was ridiculously ballsy by doing that. He was lucky that Movie played right into his hands.

Thats a pretty bad explanation. If you 2 fac vs DT rush and you get mines in time then you are better off than the Protoss. You can safely expand behind mines knowing no observer tech is coming and you dont NEED mines to attack. Protoss has to block his ramp or risk his nat getting compromised.

The real danger of 2 fac vs DTs is if he drops DTs in your base (obviously going around the mines) and this is why the correct response is to get academy or ebay asap and push.

And yea Movie has been bad lately but every time a progamer under performs do we really need this much bitching and flaming in the thread? Jeez give the guys a break.

Yeah, I was a bit harsh with him. But he has shown in Game 1 that he CAN play, I liquibetted him and I really hoped he would win. So I got really angry with him, it is so typical for him to overthink and do completely retarded things that cost him heavily and prevent him from taking his rightful place as one of the best 10 players in the world. Do you remember how he attacked JDs fortified Natural with 2 Archons and 3 Zealots while the (scouted) Mutalisks demolished his main base? That was the same. Puts me in total nerdrage.
