Regardless of the play some of the players showed, I'm still happy that Wemade managed to get into the playoffs and advance a round. It's a great start for a team that has not been to the playoffs. SKT just was the better team this time around. Hopefully there is a next Proleague season to look forward to...unless SC2 garners the attention right off the bat. ![]()

WeMade were in my eyes the hardest opponent on the path of SKT, that includes KT as well. By the same token, you could say that CJ lost because of the 1-4 record of Iris-Movie, or that MBC lost because their Protosses failed. Players lose because they're outmatched against better players. The SKT Zergs lost because they weren't good enough. To say that when your opponent beats you, it's because your guy "just failed", is special pleading. Everyone tends to "just fail" against superior competition. But hey, let's not let discussions of the past overshadow talk of this series. Baby's gone 2-13 in his last 15, which is basically the reverse of Bisu's record. While it does make me feel good that the dormant Protoss king has re-awoken and that the Next Big Thing for Terran is struggling a bit, it stopped being funny after his double-loss on Game 1 against MBC. Much of it is his fault, though; the three builds he knows are 13CC, 14CC, and 15CC. Is it too soon to proclaim that maybe Classic taken the Terran up-and-comer title away from him? But I'd still like Terrans besides Flash to do well, especially if that means being good enough to take out Flash in a Bo1 (group stages) or Bo3 or something, but not good enough such that he's the overwhelming favorite the rest of the way. Yes, I base all my SC opinions on whatever outcomes result in Flash (and to a lesser extent, Jaedong) losing. :D
