Poor Midas, really seemed his nerves got to him in these games.

Though even if he brought his A game I'm not sure he would have beaten Jaedong, who just kept him locked in his base constantly in these games.

maybe deep down inside midas knows that it will be extremely hard for him to get this far again... it might very well have been his last deep sl run. sad it had to end in such an embarrassing fashion.

edit: but great semifinals incoming!
calm vs jd rematch for 2 seasons ago, and flash vs free. free is actually one of the very few players who might have the control and the overview to match flash in a straight up macro game.

Guess Midas couldn't ride that comeback momentum long enough

I was really hoping he'd prove it was still possible in this day and age.. hopefully tonight's play was just the exception and he'll continue his strong play that we saw in game 1 in his future games.

Poor Midas. He looks so disgusted. I almost feel he is going to retire right there.
And the tyrant is showing no mercy at all. That was scary. JD definitely is the biggest threat to Flash.

You can't afford to make any real mistakes vs Jaedong (or Flash for that matter), or games end up like that. I mean, you just know that when Jaedong has that large of a window the game is already over, because he's going to exploit any flaws in your game. It's not even a question.

Shame it had to end that way Midas!
