We've seen Zero and Hyun beat Flash on this map with Mutas - that's because it's really easy to harass both bases with fast Mutas and Kwanro's build is basically getting fast Mutas and fast Lings and putting the pressure on Terran to adjust their build. Why? Because you HAVE TO get Turrets up in time to defend Mutas on this map. Flash misclicked his natural mineral line Turret and that mistake alone cost him any chance of competing (you can't miss that Turret because you'll never get it up once Mutas come ... but if you get up it's not really killable because it's so easy to mass repair) - that means Terran can't miss their timings AT ALL and adding super fast speedling pressure is a great way to try to cause Terran to miss. Kwanro only massed Lings after he got into Light's base. I mean at that point you're in his base of course you're going to just make 12 lings at a time and run in - it's not like Kwanro couldn't have just pulled back and gotten Mutas before Light had any chance in hell of getting Stim and Turrets up. | ||
