He would have done better massing mnm/tank to def and just use dropship play to starve out Zero. He had it in the bag but made so many silly silly decisions in the late game.
I don't know what game you were watching, but gas was the least of Hwasin's problems. Even at the endgame he was still banking 2k/3k gas.

Hwasin certainly played not bad, his control and Macro seemed find. Of course those Vessels are gonna get plagued and scourged, that is not preventable if you wanna use them. He just made some crucial mistakes in my opinion.
Why scouting 4 o'clock so late
Why nearly no dropship play (aka nearly no economy harass)
Why suiciding 2 Battlecruisers (and maybe, why build them in the first place)
Why not building a bunker at his 4th
Why no Firebats
He just run his army around the middle, fighting lurkers, lings, ultras and defilers. He basically didn't do enough besides that.

Didn't really see two much special about the Hwasin v Zero game. Zero played well, Hwasin didn't and it payed off. Clutch defiler use.
Looking forward to Calm and Fantasy though :D

i like Calm...but i want more diversity this OSL, and Fantasy and Flash do tend to make things interesting so i'm hoping they both win their matches now.

When Eye of the Storm first came out I thought it was pretty generic; but it's grown on me. Certainly basically anything would be better than Return of the King though. I am so glad that it is gone
