NETOLIC BATTLE REPORT #1
Me, Rob, and Collin (Luckyfool + Cpeter123) went to Netolic tonight. Right off the bat... the place is HARD TO FIND. Like holy shit it's upstairs and you have to go into a hairsalon stairwell or some shit...I'll take some pictures of the building and do a "how the fuck you get here" picture collage.
To answer some of Zepp's Qs. Keyboards are "logitech valuekeyboard" http://www.vdhsoft.be/img_art/26782.jpg There you go. Bring your own stuff, there's a LOT of room in the cubey things. Yes that's right. CUBEY THINGS. I'll upload pics later and post em, but they have dividers between PCs and there's a TON of room per space. It's like 1.5 or 2 Seoul PC spots to 1 Netolic spots.The lighting... well my pictures will explain that...but there's 3 lights in the entire building.
And they're black lights.
If you have bad inferencing skills, that means it's dark.
There's a vending machine for snacks + drinks up at the front desk so that works. A good sign - we walked into the building and I looked over the guy's shoulder at the desk and saw a Hite vs WeMade match playing on his other PC and me, rob, and collin talked with him about SC and stuff. We were like... "yeah 40 peopleish will be here for a big SC tournament" and he was all WOH?!?! and he might actually play in the tourney.
Xeris, might want to update this in the OP.
There is a 5 Dollar Registration Fee. Just like Seoul PC, you have to create your user/pw for the PC. The good news is that the 5 bucks also pays for 3 hours of playtime. So you save a dollar off one hour. ($2/hour)
I just watched Luckyfool roll some B+ zerg at C... looool. He'll post reps. We also played a 2v2 vs some some D players (I am D- and Lucky is C+) and that ended being interesting because Luckyfool got eliminated before me and then we traded places and he 2v1'd them.
Good times.

ya I'm going to call and organize shit with the owner of Netolic - problem is he wants me to actually go down there, and he said nights are better for him but that's bad for me, but I'll not be lazy and get it done next week ... have no fear folks =D

The place is very hard to find. At the front of 236 there's a small sign that says "PC GAME WORLD" or something definitely not Netolic... Best thing to do is take a right at Markham street if your coming from west or left if your coming from east and park in a lot behind the shopping complex because you actually enter from a door behind and walk up stairs. But yeah turn at Markham Street, there's some animal hospital and across the street from a safeway. Take your first right into a parking lot (parking is easy for this place btw) Like Torenhire said if you see signs for a haircut you know your going the right way... rofl.
Lighting is dark and PC's have basic keyboard and mouse. Some pc's have some basic headsets some don't. I highly recommend bringing your own mouse+keyboard+headphones just to be safe. Monitors are 19'' LCD's (I think lol) It was much nicer playing sc on these than the 22'' widescreens at seoul for me personally. If you want to be hardcore lastshadow style you can bring your own monitor which I'm sure they would have no problem with you setting up. Laptops should be fine too but they will probably still want you to register and log onto whatever pc you set up at.
You can set mouse speed easily with the software they have loaded on the pc's but I couldn't figure out how to specifically turn mouse acceleration boost on/off. Talked to the front desk guy some and he just showed me the speed adjustment thing which changes mouse speed. If you play with mouse accel on or off that could be a possible issue. Something to look into more if possible maybe.
Cord length won't be a problem, pc's are right next to monitor on a level surface and each space has more space which is nice. It's also really nice you can't see the monitor of the pc right next to you which was a problem at seoul. (it was too easy to screen hack if you were playing the guy sitting next to you...) there are nice dividers set up between pc's preventing screen hax.
Travis covered everything else really in his post, he's going to post some pictures of the funky entrance to help... People will get lost though, I had to wander for a bit before I found the place lol.
Overall we agree it's much better than Seoul and totally looking forward to this thing in two weeks!
Xeris u lazy user u should totally schedule a time sometime next week to get out there. If you need a ride from a metro stop I can work something out Thursday Friday or Saturday night would work best for me next week. storrzerg has expressed interest in driving you too so don't let lack of transportation prevent you from checking it out in advance.... 
Oh and for Travis two replays from last night,
D ranked 2v2, we join the game and I have C+ 1v1 record and travis was playing on controlfreak (a shared account) which has C rank 1v1. Best thing was when I got owned by mutas we just swapped pc's rofl.
And then I played a C ranked 1v1 vs a B+ korean, funny thing was in the chat I saw his record (like 30-6) and I'm like "those are B+'ish stats I gotta play this guy." and ended up being a pretty decent game, after the game we checked his profile on iccup and he was B+ last season... 
oh and lastshadow since I know ur reading this, don't forgot my usb extension cable. :p
