I think noone mentionned it already, the OSL semi between Boxer and Elky, when Boxer used allied mines, a forbidden trick in 1st game.
Boxer said "sorry i didn't know the rule"
OSL said "let's replay the game then"
It caused some drama about the rule in itself and the decision they took. I remember people saying "Boxer did it on purpose" and that sort of stuff...
I still don't get how Boxer managed to get the replay instead of the loss for breaking the rules. It shows his influence on the pro scene in old days.

probably the way of prooving someone hacked through bwchart caused the most drama... which still affects topics of discussion to date.

I also remember the time when the Penguin Plugin was able to detect hackers by sending a special command in the game so that the hacker unallied himself and his units were attacking each other. Gosh, good times... I never laughed so hard in my life before while playing SC while the player was cursing and screaming how his units went crazy. ^.^

I even remember that, not that interesting though, they played more than 5(or was it three?) games against each other, back than it was not allowed to play more than 5(3?) games in a row against the same person. To prevent win trading etc. I miss the old ladder, no I miss the fast speed ! 
Starhack lawsuit was something about being sued by Blizzard for making and providing hacks.

no vods available for this. but the replays can be found in the replays section on page 71. You can actually see Josez/Boxer/Didi games against each other
