I'm not technical at all, but I've found that using the auto setting outside has a very distinctive result/difference with my Nikon and it's Sigma 70-200mm lens - it smoothes out skin tone (whereas even in direct sunlight outside shots minus flash (using the auto setting for lighting conditions and P as the mode.) results in a grainier exposure on skin and noise which needs blurring using photoshop in both the focused section (usually the progamer themself.) and the background.
Also it allows me to provide much larger images due the the smoothed out nature of the raw images at that resolution - even using the in-built flash and not one mounted on the hot shoe (which I'll be using once I switch to Canon. Speedlight EX seems to be popular with the fomos/fifo journos.)
Auto setting carries the disadvantage of shutting off a lot of options - but it works for me personally for now. It's easier to post-edit them once I've resized the raws etc. I usually shoot in JPG fine with vivid+/ISO to maximum, flourescent for lighting setting inside. It's not ideal, but considering the set up I have right now it's the best method for my specific environment.
Outside photography using flash definitely gives more options and freedom. I'm looking forward to seeing what a new/more expensive camera can do though.
I recommend going to Nikonians/DPChallenge/DCinside etc to check around there for advice from way more experienced photographers. I'm really a trial and error kind of girl with no training I hope it helps though.

It's not real. He told my Mum that it's 'for T1.' A few of the other players have them. Tattoos are kind of frowned upon here by some people so I didn't doubt for a second that they were fake. They're also very light brown in colour and Bisu's is fading already.

Great photos! Thanks NeverGG

hehe yeah there is no way an Asian man living in Asia, would have a tattoo of that size. Unless he's dodgy

Yea that tatoo looks similar to what is done here with mehendi(but less artistic)
Nice work again. Hope you continue doing a marvelous job and your love for what you do continues to grow.

Looks like a cheap and quite a lame tattoo. But the pictures are well-taken, better than some official Fomos pictures. It's too bad that Best is so boring-looking, at least in my opinion.

Really? I've always thought he looked kinda.. Hm. Elegant? Distinguished? I'm not sure what word I'm looking for, but definitely not boring.

When I saw it during his last game, I was like ... the NBA is rubbing off of all sports.

Kind of cool to have the tattoos as some kind of bonding thing. In a way it looks protossy. It's a good thing it's a henna tattoo though. ^^;

Have you seen Yakuza bodies? But you have a point. My Asian friends in the states have huge tattoos but the ones living in Asia barely have any

I think it looks kind of cool, actually.
