I understand it's annoying not getting updates, especially when you paid for this stuff. The truth is he's a busy guy, making no money on this work, and probably isn't too keen to rush to the post office to finish the work. That's a shitty explanation, but it's probably the truth.
That being said, you will eventually get the stuff. I received mine (MBC and WeMade) about 4 weeks ago. We're trying to get a response from him in MiR so we can post it here, and we will as soon as it comes. Still no excuse. Split up the shipping. Plan better. It's just extremely annoying. I realize this is volunteer work but people paid for it. They should receive it in a timely manner. If anything comes of this, and I'm sure I'm not the only one, but I wouldn't buy a shirt from TL in the future. =\ I don't think anyone is saying its an excuse.
The bottom line is we screwed up and we apologize for what is happening. You are completely justified if this negatively impacts your decision to buy shirts from us again, but keep in mind we'll definitely have more reliable shipping next time.
Again, it's obvious this could've been handled much better, and we apologize for it.

Lolol what is this? It's not even your fault. I'm grateful that we are able to purchase merchandise to buy at all. Without TL, I wouldn't have my sktt1 shirt + boxer autograph, although I really wanted a CJ one t.t Thanks teamliquid!

And to be fair, please realize that when you ordered, you were pre-ordering. It wasn't as if we already had the shirts, we had to wait for WeMade as well. I don't like this any better than anyone else, and I don't think TL will sell again outside of the third party company we used before.

It also shipped really fast.

Your shirts are mine.

The lack of updates make it look like TL's fault, just saying, this is all I can really bitch about anymore. I've accepted how long its taken, how poorly this has been handled but I don't believe that someone can't make a small forum contribution when shirts are sent, that type of stuff. We rightly can assume the worse, frankly I'm amazed no one is assaulting character here but who needs to when the character flaws seem self evident? Yah? Good times, I still check my mailbox every day with a grin looking for my shirt then frown when I don't have it and go beat up some Korean females in Scottsdale.

If my order hasn't been sent yet, is there any way of changing the address? I moved out of the destination address just over a month ago. I sent a few messages over here to accounts I thought would be involved (ie the wemadefoxorders user and semioldguy) but I never got a response, and the emails I got from the shop website don't have a link to the shop itself so I can't see if I can change the address there. I would have changed it back in June or whenever it was that that happened but I didn't think it would take this long. If a change of address is still possible, could someone who can organise it get in contact with me over these boards? Thanks.

Need to change back to my college address.

All I want to know that if he has my correct address really. I don't care if it's not shipped yet. I jsut want to know he will be shipping it to the correct address.

I have never had any trouble ordering stuff over internet. Even when you order från Hongkong you usually get the stuff in about 2-3 weeks. I don't really care what has happend and who's fault this is but this story is a discrace for this whole community. Even of things got out of your hands you could atleast update the threads. When this whole thing is over i expect an apologize....

I think the european people will have to wait the longest ... I don't expect to see them delivered anytime soon (but it would be awesome if it was)
|
Someone has got the shirts and someone needs to start sending them or wasn't that part of the plan? You can blame we made for not delivering in time but you knew how many shirts that were ordered and that you would need to send them, didn't you? Who set this deal up? Little children? Someone needs to learn the word responsibility...
