I was actually in a pretty good mood that day having gotten to shoot 3 players back-to-back. I don't like being filmed though (unless it's me organizing some crazy Backho sign stunt.) so I think that's why I was all CJ-face. | ||

VIDEO: The codec you are using is pretty dated Sorenson Spark, you would get better quality using On VP6. I'm not sure what program you use to export but I use Adobe Premiere and the option is there. Even better would be to use H.264. AUDIO: You are sampling at 22kHz which is fine for speech, but then your bitrate is 128kbps. The common acceptable quality for MP3 music is 128kbps sampling at 44.1kHz, but you only need high sampling rates for high notes (which you don't have cos your vids are mostly speech) so its good that you have halved the sampling rate to 22kHz, however you have still kept the bitrate at 128... you should halve that too to 64kbps. | ||
