Magma can still save face hehe, looks like either sea or bisu will roll into the ro16
o shit mind vs bisu and midas vs magma.....
go mind.... dont let bisu pass
Don't disappoint, Bisu! You've still got the chance for an OSL.
Wow seems like a ton of matches need to be played. I really hope Bisu is the one to make it. T__T

Mind or Bisu had better wrap this thing up or my Fantasy OSL is totally fucked.
what a crazy format, crazy cool, you're definitely going to find out who the better player is, but.. geez I can see it going on for forever, kind of like Love in tennis or something

Omg.
Bisu.
Plz, don't break my heart again - pull a BoxeR and get into OSL >_<
I was wondering if someone could explain why there are wildcards for this OSL. I don't recall that there are usually.

No worries, Bisu will clean it up without any losses. Mark my word.

My god if all these are televised it might literally take all night. At the bare minimum it's like 20 games to be shown. If any are shown at all, I hope it's only a select few pairings.

the last time this happened (i think an ace player dropped out of the MSL), stork won the wildcard playoff and ended up making it to the finals.

these formats are pretty interesting, usually with this little practice (at least past the first round) the games might be decided more by innate talent and ability than preparation, but then again there should be a ton of cheesing and allins haha
Should "MuJuK vs Winner of L" be replaced with "Mujuk vs Loser of 2nd half of L"?
come on mind! i'd be happy with sea / midas as well
C'mon Bisu make this happen.
I remember how Denmark won the Euro 1992 after Russia couldn't participate and they had to break their holiday
I think this situation fits it . GO Bisu !!! Make us proud.

Bisu better play it safe
I have the feeling that whoever goes up against him will try a cheese in one way or another
Bisu is still fucked with Mind,Midas, and Magma in his group. Well he still has a good chance actually with Medusa in the map pool, but I think magma has his number this time. Maybe Sea[shield] can make it through!!! Only thezerg is a threat since Much is slumping or maybe sleeping at his old age.
The last group is garbage.

Damn, Group B is loaded. Group C should be cake for Jaedong if he (dare I say it) doesn't manage to make it out of his group tonight.

Ive always argued that tournaments like this and the offline prelims takes more "pure skill" since you have to adjust accordingly, and be prepared in every matchup in a number of matches, as opposed to the league format where you have one match where you have everything planned, have studied your opponent thoroughly etc.
In the tournamentformat you might for example face Kal and you will hence play safe knowing he will likely do some harass oriented play, while vs someone like BeSt you will take bigger risks knowing that he will most likely play safe and go to the lategame. Your plan has to be made right there and then, and to me that is a big part of skill. The "not knowing what happens next" feeling.

COME ON MIND. mind has been owning recently, surely he can rape bisu.
will there be liquibets for these matchups?
Wow this is like chirstmas all over again i thought my herotoss was totally eliminated already
Go Bisu! Coming out as a winner will be difficult, but I hope he makes it!
This is going to be insanely good, sea, mind and bisu are on fire last months. I wouldnt be surprised if the winner here becomes finalist.
yeah bisu has the most difficult group, but that goes for everyone else in his group as well, probably even moreso because they're facing bisu.
bisu fighting!
Bisu, please defeat everyone, don't let Mind get the spot
omg i completely forgot about this wildcard...
go Bisu!

It's clear that Backho's injury happened because the universe could not comprehend an OSL ro16 without Rock in it. Destiny.
Rock even drew the easy matches it looks like.
Group C sux so much, while B is very strong

Hoping we see Bisu V. Magma in the wildcard round 2!!!!

Still say that Firefist should have gotten this spot. That said it looks like it will be Sea vs. Group B (anyone) for the spot if everything goes the way it should. Group C is incredibly bad. Whoever made these groups should get fired for having C be so weak.
What?
the calendar has thezerg vs rock...
I was hoping I'd get to see him win atleast a set
Will they broadcast all matches?
EDIT: Saw schedule :O, it will still be a long night (or for me, morning )
