I believe she uses a D40X and 70-200lens, its impossible to take good pics with that lens under the lighting conditions at these events, which is why she has to airbrush the pics. TL should donate a better lens to her maybe the 85mm F1.4 ^_^

edit: sorry my bad, the D40x wont work with that lens and actually her lens is an F2.8 (i was thinking 5.6 in my mind) So anyway, TL should donate a better body to her^^

Great pictures.

Don't worry about having to post-process your photos...as long as it's just simple color correction, and not like you're changing the actual composition, there's nothing wrong with it. Even people who use the top-of-the-line camera bodies have to touch up the photos SOMEWHAT. It's just impossible to have the camera's on-board color priority settings set up for EVERY possible lighting situation, after all.

Anyone who says otherwise is an elitist dumbass, and a liar. Shit, even in the days of film, people did this kind of color correction in the darkroom.
