Luxury Isn't exactly a Real Madrid like figure. He is not a superstar. Real hired many A class world players, majority of them on decline only for the sake of the clubs profits.
Luxury didn't win anyting, he is there for the results. Otherwise it would be Bisu or Jaedong.

Having Luxury helps KTF so much. Gives us more depth and now, especially with lux out of osl, lux can concentrate on proleague and we wont have to play Flash in every ace match.

I think KTF needs a top tier protoss now that Reach has left. I think a PL lineup of Flash, Lux and someone like Best or Jangbi would be pretty sick =)

Neither do I though they could steal some young talent it might not even be worth it. Reach and Ra were both setting suns in KTF for the last year or so, they weren't all that dominant next to Flash. Not to say they sucked but they were not the center pieces of a team anymore, as they were in the golden days. I think KTF needs to shift from a Protoss head figure like Ra, Reach and Garimto, Flash is still too young I think, but I am sure someone will come up :d

Next season is really shaping up to be a massive T1-KTF showdown.

Lets hope he doesn't pull a GGPLAY on us, but then again luxury has yet to win anything major to suffer that curse.
This is good news though, less burden on Flash and Luxury both now that they can depend on each other in the pro-leagues instead of being the only possible ace.

I don't think they need more P players. Violet / Tempest / Lucifer are quite good. I don't know many P better atm. ( Best, Stork, Jangbi, Much, Bisu, anyway you can't pick them because they are the top players in top teams )..
Others P are on the same level or worse.
A good Terran would be a better pick imo .

I'm so saddened by this, as possibly the biggest luxury fan on this site, I really hate having him go to KTF, one of my least favourite teams.
Sigh...
At least he'll still be "the same" in individuals, but in PL I won't be able to cheer for him as much I feel. The only way this could be good news was if he somehow got better overall. But as he's in need of a good P to practice against I can't see (the nowadays) KTF as being a good oppurtunity for that (and I don't count lucifer cause he sucks).

Violet and Lucifer are bad. Lucifer is a cheesy kid who has average macro and micro. Violet is just bleh all around.
Tempest has macro/micro (imagine iloveoov's macro but as a protoss) but lacks game sense but is still the best protoss on KTF by far.

KTF and T1 are just the perennial powerhouses; everyone likes one or the other (whether publicly or secretly).
There was that fucking strange season in '06 where they dropped to the bottom of the rankings and Lecaf and some other bum team suddenly became the best in the world. That was trippy.

Flash and Luxury as aces and pretty much guaranteed wins against 99% of gamers.
815 and Lucifer as fairly stable standbys.
Tempest and zergboy showing a lot of potential.
For most matches, assuming Flash recovers a bit and Luxury doesn't die, I can't really see Flash or Luxury losing much. They pretty much have 2-3 guaranteed wins in those two, so the rest just need to split the games or so.

Zergboy was fucking incredible back in the day. He never wanted to go pro because he just wanted to play for fun and he was an absolute beast in the amateur leagues. He doesn't suck at all, everyone else is just a lot better

On top of Luxury going to KTF, it looks like there's a new StarCraft team! The Woongjin Stars! Woongjin makes my favorite Korean drink, 아침했살. This is a valid enough reason for me to cheer for them, and whoever they choose to buy from another team.
