The AdvLoader is really cool... those little utilities are exactly what everyone wanted but:
- you can not use these plugins with the usual ones together
- you have to use this shitty (imo) Launcher
Therefore I progammed a plugin for ChaosLauncher (might work with other launchers too) to load the AdvLoader Plugins.
How To:
1. Install AdvLoader and Configure as you like in the program (enable / disable plugins, change settings)
2. Download http://www.file-upload.net/download-670859/alplugin.zip.html and extract the .bwl to the Chaoslauncher Directory
Notes:
- wont work with win9x
- make sure that InstallPath in the registry is set

Very nicely done............ AdvLoader wasn't installing properly and all I wanted was the APM Live with the ChaosLauncher.
This bwl file solves all my problems, thanks.

Why wouldn't you just use AdvLoader in that case? Or do you just not know where to download ChaosLauncher?

AdvLoader support is integrated in the experimental launcher. I'll put in in the normal version soon. But I have to some ICCup related changes to do.

BEWARE OF CHAOS LAUNCHER! I detected a trojan downloader today when the uploader tried to run. MAKE SURE you know it could be infected!

That's just a heuristic based detection, no real signature. And it simply finds the Autoupdate suspicious.

it sucks that some people just don't know anything about how firewalls/anti-virus programs work and they post something like this in a forum with wrong facts T_T
