Mind is still quite strong and a threat to most players . If they tweak the maps a little in favour of terran and with a little bit of luck Mind could end up in a semi finals and from there on i think he could take it .

Destroying zergs on Blue Storm 1.0 and taking protosses on Loki? IMO thats the same level of Flash being the only terran with actual wins on Katrina.

Mind use to be insanely good, in his MSL run he took down oov, savior and denied bisu' third straight MSL Final wins. But maybe it is a fluke considering oov was way pass his prime, savior was not the same player he once was and Bisu's PvT is pretty inconsistent.

I reasd the thread a bit. The reason why Flash scored only 10% was that people back then already saw him as an established player. Comparable to how Leta wouldn't score very high in a 2010 Rookie poll.
