sure, the bot wins some games by superior micro and engagements which is hard to replicate for humans, but it also does a lot smart strategic things that we can learn from
and this is obviously also an "early" version of the bot - the futures ones will only get better and smarter
I'd expect the way every match-up is played (in human play) to change substantially in the next few years
there will be new ideas, things that were considered bad will be re-evaluated, and things that were considered standard will be adjusted

Back in the day we would make less workers than now; the reason the AI doesn't need to make as much workers is most probably because macro management isn't a problem even under hard multitasking contrains. If you gather mineral like a turtle while not producing, trust me your opponent will have an advantage at having more workers.
I will not be so optimistic when it comes to future strategies. I think once the AI abilities are limited to what human can do, the most probable outcome is that it will start going mech vs protoss haha. Sheer speculation of course, but it is not like nobody has tried mm tank before. We all experienced the power of multitasking when playing against a team melee. The strategies were built based on mechanical constraints we all have, you remove these contraints, suddenly you think everything can work.
