He could smell the spilled oil and mechanical carcasses all around him, and he smiled briefly at the fact that the blood on his armor wasn't his own. At his feet laid a crumpled body, quivering in pain and fear. The victim clutched his torn stomach as if to hold his organs in, and wept waiting for the killing blow. Manifesto surveyed his surviving troops in satisfaction, and made a mental note to promote the several Dark Templar that had felled countless SCVs. His Zealots and Dragoons gathered in formation in front of him, awaiting further orders. He nodded to his officers, showing a rare glimpse of gratitude from an otherwise cold and brutal commander. He prodded at the man by his feet with a boot, and then addressed his troops. "The battle is won. The enemy's supply lines are cut, and their facilities in ruin," he bellowed over the valley. His booming voice carried well, and he felt comfort in the disciplined silence of his legions. "You have earned a great victory today. The Terran forces will not regroup quickly, and they will think twice of engaging us again. Adun smiles on you today! For Aiur!" The crowd began to whoop and cheer at his words, relishing their success. Raising a hand to silence them, Manifesto gave orders to return to camp and begin repairs. His praetors barked out formations and the sea of Protoss thundered out of the valley, towards the Nexus. The body at Manifesto's feet gurgled, sobering him from the elation of battle. He crouched by the man, idly poking at the dirt with his sword. Once his troops were out of sight, he grinned and gave the man a shove. The man rolled over and looked at him, then made an obscene gesture and stood up, brushing the dirt from his clothes. Seemingly unphased by his wounds, the man adjusted his jacket and grudgingly shook Manifesto's hand. He spoke in a low voice, dripping with contempt. "Gee gee." The man sighed and cast a gaze over the valley, where remnants of Siege Tanks burned furiously. Manifesto smiled. "Good game, Steve," he said. "Want a TvZ re on Tau?" Steve stretched his limbs, and frowned at the guitar emblem that barely remained attached to his uniform. At length, he spoke again. "Sure. No three-hatch this time you fucking nerd." He produced a cigarette from his jacket and lit it, puffing indignantly.

Hot_Bid Braavos36399 Posts November 25 2007 07:17 GMT #39 Man those games were one-sided, maybe next time Mani should let Steve know a few weeks ahead of time, so that Steve can practice a lot and perhaps put up a better fight. To be fair though, Steve did get one win this time so I guess that's an improvement, maybe by Grudge Match #10 Steve can win. As it is now though, pretty boring, Steve stop getting raped so hard.
