Open your eyes and look at the map first then tell me which 3rd to take. The closest 3rd (other than your main's 3rd) is the high-ground one but there's debris blocking the ramp. You gotta go around to the other ramp or waste time taking down the debris to expo, on top of that the base isn't very close either. The other 3rd you could take is a main but that's too far as well.. If you get bad spawns it's so easy to get ur nat and 3rd abused by t/p/z drops and muta harass. | ||

 You'll have to console yourself by noting that conversely you are also sitting right next to their main to pounce on them (as Protoss for example you can in-base proxy Reaver). | ||
