and #L2 was also ~190 also the VPN we use for fish L2/tr8 doesnt lag and tr12 lag, so tr12 cant be L2 | ||

WE Europeans need to put high lat on turn rate 8 to play against koreans. If anything needs to be introduced, it's adaptive turn rate depending on localization of the players. | ||
