He kept on coming back to defend against Iris when Iris basically had nothing. If Bisu had countered the game was over imo. But iris kept up the pressure and bisu didn't want to chance things and tried to play it safe. But by playing it safe he let iris get back in. Rather paradoxical but jesus... amazing

HOLY SHIT WHAT THE FUCK
THAT GAME IS EASILY THE SICKEST GAME ALL YEAR POSSIBLY OF ALL TIME
THAT GAME WAS SO GOOD I CAN'T BELIEVE IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED
Incredible game + incredible series Game of the year. Game of the year. Game of the year. Sick. VOD for this game: + Show Spoiler +Incredible, incredible game. Game of the year so far, IMO. I didn't especially like the other games in the series, but this one lives up to the hype. + Show Spoiler + only made it all the more epic.

+ Show Spoiler + I agree with this, and what's worse is at the end of the game he let his 2 mining bases be destroyed by a small force - he could have easily sent ~6 units to go deal with it and still broken iris's front. Then he went for the jugular instead of taking out the rest of Iris's mining bases.
Bisu played fairly well, but his indecisiveness and, at the end, his carelessness cost him the game. It was his game to lose IMO.
Still, HOLY SHIT WHAT A GAME!!!!

I think this game beats the entire Bisu Iris series. Watch it.

SO SICK + Show Spoiler +Seriously, wtf? Sauron terran? Unlimited money style? Both players had some flaws in their game though, Fantasy got overwhelmed by his own macro (how long was it until bottom left started mining?) and when Jaedong saw the dual port and still made that many guards I was... surprised. Don't think that was worth it.

+ Show Spoiler +Yes it was a strange mix with slumpy mistake (JD overdefending the half fake bunker rush, Fantasy horribly failed sunken bust,(but luckily he was saved because jeadong skiped muta)). And absolutly mind blowing late game, probably the sickest i ever saw in ten years of starcraft ...

+ Show Spoiler +This game was great, but also pretty confusing. Generally I can follow the larger lines of progaming decision making even though I'm not very strategically adept with Starcraft anymore. But the decision making in this game appeared totally alien - the aggression/defense patterns were odd and the early game left me like a question mark. If someone could explain a little what the hell actually happened in this game I would be grateful!

+ Show Spoiler +The endgame in this game was simply incredible. I can't help but feel that if jaedong had gone gone lurker/defiler instead of guardian he would have won though. The early/mid game did leave me a bit confused, was jaedong already committed to hive tech by the time that he scouted the 2 ports? I'd love to see a day9 commentary on this game.

+ Show Spoiler +I am pretty sure he had his hive up or at least close from finishing. I guess that the game played out so weird because Jaedong overreacted early on and fell behind a bit. Then Fantasy did this weird triple expansion thing or however many expansions he made while Jaedong might not have had the resources to get mutas up quickly. To me it didn't seem as if his own play was something fantasy was very familliar with, and not seeing any mutas might have thrown him off even more even though it was in his favor. Then Jaedong is facing a terran that has outexpanded him and even has 2 starports before his greater spire (most likely his gameplan at that time) is starting. So basically I was under the impression that both of them were kind of lost. Especially with the high game pace fantasy set (Jeadong really was just reacting). Jaedong even made a devourer, which stands no chance against wraiths (as you could see). It could have paid off if fantasy had been more commited to wraiths and if Jaedong had had more time to build up a large amount ot muta/devourer, but it didn't work out like that either.
