Already been posted, a few before you.
EDIT: I just watched the game. What is up with Canata's hair? Did he cut it himself or something?

This was a really really good game. I'll still remember it at the end of the year, and I think a lot of people who watch it will too.

Lots of harass by both players, as a P player I really enjoyed Backho's shuttle play in this game. Watch it.

I was also surprised, it didnt seem to me that he gained THAT much from queens. However, killing that whole first push with that sandwich really had alot to do with the queens: he could clump his lurks together without them getting stormed to pieces, and bisu really had nowhere to go. Anyhow, great game!

i suppose we see something so odd we automatically assume it was the ONLY reason he won, but watching again seems like a combination of bisu's failed DT play (gave zero time to get the queens energy up) the queens for the snipe and then that B-E-A-utiful flank with the lurkers... at least, that's what i saw!

I think the process with the Queens did more than just meets the eye. Think about the ratio needed. A Queen costs as much as a Muta, then you just need the Broodling upgrade which is 100/100. You need 9 (no upgrade) Mutas to one shot a Templar. Even then the Mutas will quickly take damage not only from the storms they _will_ be hit by when they get close as well as the Dragoons. The second you start losing Mutas and go below 9, you can't one shot Templars no more. Now I'm no expert on the money ratio for PvZ, but wouldn't it be worth it even if the Queens died? As long as they took out at least 1 Templar each. On top of that, Protoss can counter a mass of Mutas with Corsairs too, while Queens can outrun (outfly? lol) Corsairs.
