mistake, fixed. Miso's other aka is Where. Not sure on maru. He played in a previous SSL it seems?
Where goes by the name of MisO on TL. It's not really a TLPD fail, since SC2 fans became the main audience on TL the TLPD-ize button defaults to SC2 (instead of BW Korean). The trick is to right click the button instead and choose BW SOSPA. OP obviously hasn't been following BW for a while.
(Hwang "Sonic" Hyo Jin is a Korean Brood War commentator, organizer and player operating in the AfreecaTV scene. He is also the founder of SOSPA, which initially started as a parody on KeSPA but became the center point of Korean Brood War with the fall of televized StarCraft in Korea.)
TL;DR: SOSPA is basically used for all post KeSPA Korean BW
It would be nice if we could have all TLPD links set to Sospa, maps too. (I believe Jaedong and Stork are the only players there who don't have a sospa page yet.)

Tastosis is very likely, yes and I imagine with Wolf/Rapid as replacement casters. And I can confirm Bisudagger with a duocaster (which will most likely be FlashFTW). So all in all, pretty much the same as ASL1.

Minor mistake on the respective Liquipedia page, there's the wrong Soulkey linked, tried to fix it but is it even possible to do without him naming "Neo.G_Soulkey" as it apparently refers to the internal player database?

From the MyStarleague broadcast, it shows a birth year of 1993, but no month/day. I tried Googling, but didn't turn up an exact date, so if anyone has any luck locating one, please let me know. For now, I just used "01-01-1993" as a placeholder

For some reason the link I've pasted in the above sentence is not showing up for me. KeSPA has 최영현 as a Starcraft semi-professional in their data. Maybe this is the date (940120), but I'm not sure.

edit: Just noticed ZerO didn't make it. :\ Probably the most skilled player not in the tournament. Anyone else notable missing?
Apparently Zero chose not to participate. I remember from the last ASL that it is a massive inconvenience and expense for him to play due to where he lives (he has to travel and pay for accomodation).
By the way, I thought that as long as I was logged in the times in KST would convert to my local timezone so I will know when to catch these games. Was this function simply not used in OP or am I missing something?
Jaehoon did also not participate. He is not that popular streamer, but he is very good so i will miss him.
Jaehoon didn stream for 10 days now lately he does not stream as often as he used to (took a long break also before that). maybe something real life related he used to have a decent amount of viewers not like the top 5 but mediocre streamer for bw afreeca if that makes sense

They are 8 hours ahead as far as I can tell. So that will be 11.00 for us Swedes.

That's because OP didn't use the [.date] tags. Fixed now.
I saw Benzene and thought "wasn't that the imbalanced map with all the hexagons?" Clicked on the tlpd link and was surprised. Turns out I was thinking of Plasma haha.

Sharp said on his stream that Stork prepared the hell out for the prelims. Sharp was very confident that Stork was gonna make it out.
That making me so happy :D I thought i missed his retirement from sc2 but no. Apparently hes playing and coaching sc2 on KHAN and competing at sc1 at the same time. Now with stork jaedong and sun, this is getting perfectly close to the last bw pro scene, we are missing only the last 2 titans - Fantasy and Jangbi.

My understanding is that all Korean males have to be tested once they're adults (18+) and complete their draft duty before age 35, but that the military will come calling before you're 30 if you haven't voluntarily begun.
Stork at 28 is the oldest of the bunch so most likely to be called in soon. Flash at 24 is the youngest and can probably decide when he wants to get around to do it.
Maybe some of our Korean members can elaborate more closely on the specifics?

Keep in mind that this is all an approximation.
Stork: Next year almost without a doubt. Bisu: Probably next year, but can delay it. Jaedong: Probably a year or two of streaming before he goes. Flash: Entirely his decision, will most likely depend on how his streaming is going rather than actual age constraints.
anybody knows where is the english stream link for this ?? will it be the afreeca.tv global stream or the same www.twitch.tv/gsl ?? PS. I prefer twitch.
