Someone who plays on Fish and knows about it more would have a better answer but I think B on Fish is pretty much the equivalent of Grandmaster in SC2, going by how many people are able to achieve it. | ||

From what I heard about fish D rank players on there are like C/C+ On Iccup, and you regularly well kinda see pro streamers losing games at D/C so that has to give some evidence for how high up they are | ||
