don't doubt johnchoi, he doesn't post BS. There's more evidence and stuff, but the gist of it is that evidence was posted and Jaehoon admitted to stream cheating during sponsor matches.
Jaehoon is a stream cheater when he had absolutely no reason to, considering that his balloon income should have been enough to support himself. But because of his greed, that income is probably going to be severely curtailed .... What a damn shame.
One would thnk that after the Savior and the Gang fiasco people would want to keep clean and stuff, yet those kind of things seem to pop up relatively frequently on both the smaller (gere) and bigger (ahq Promise, LoL player) scale.
