If i join all of these networks, will i be allowed to see games from all of them when i go to udp? Or do i have to stick to one specific network?

Bumping so that hopefully we can use this thread for hamachi networks. (and thwart the ever-increasing clutter in the broodwar forums)

The irc channel idea that intrigue brings up is the most practical solution to the hamachi pm problems we're having, so I suggest we take advantage of the rather underused channel of ours~~~

Mythical, try the irc channel. The hamachi program itself isnt very good for finding games, in my opinion.

preferences -> enter licence code -> TRIAL

(all caps)

this allows you to join that network for the next 2 hours

if it runs out, enter it AGAIN, repeat repeat repeat

DL the latest hamachi client to do this (old one doesnt have it)

Also, the teamliquid# // net channels go all the way up to teamliquid10

If one person buys premium for the 256 person limit and hosts a server, can lots of people on the free hamachi join? Or does everyone have to have premium over the 16 mark?

Mani before we'd consider doing that, I'd rather try the gg client and see how that works. (if pple are really tired of full networks)

btw I made teamliquid11~20 // netjust now.

edit: (also i kinda remember reading that the payment for premium is monthly, with not "that' cheap of a price)

well that blows. Although they do say in the FAW that it is possible to increase the numbers through third party software. They readily admit that the premium is for lazy people and those with low technical expertise.
