Regarding: "If there is persistent unplayable lag (lag screen comes up more than once in a short time), players must contact a Referee who will decide how to proceed." Slight/moderate lag on high latency+++ is significantly disadvantaging Z in almost any MU (most notably in ZvT). Will there be ruling regarding these situations? | ||

Players who do not reside in Korea or China can play in TLS Qualifiers. Players residing in Taiwan and SEA countries can compete. This is only for foreigners basically. | ||
