Basically says that they've decided to not participate because their proleague record was so bad this past regular season. The ACE staff said "Although individual leagues are important, focus on improving our Proleague record" and has pulled their players from this coming starleague preliminaries. Wow.. way to demoralize the players from what they are dreaming of - individual success in the golden league. Sure that will help motivate proleague performance.. Sigh, Sometimes the military is so frustrating to deal with. what f... what ?!?!?! they did definitly worse in earlier years in Proleague and yet still participated in individual leagues.. I call bs and think that this is indeed something else.. because if thats true then just.. lmao -.- Agreed. The administration punishing ACE for teamleague inferiority is like punishing a baby for being short. Don't be silly. It's the military we're talking about. They(the progamers) should be thankful they're allowed to continue playing BW while serving their term. It's not like the military is pulling the plug off for the entire team, and the 'punishment' seems acceptable enough; not too harsh, yet enough to get the point over.
It's not about whether it's "acceptable". Of course it's acceptable. The South Korean air force can do whatever they want with their starcraft team (lol). The point is that it's completely stupid. The teams that do well aren't the ones with manic-depressive management like STX. Look at KT: "Performance in the OSL preliminaries is important for morale, so we'll put a lot of effort into that." (I paraphrase.) ACE: "So you can't beat teams that have more practice partners, more star power, and fewer distractions? Too bad, I guess this OSL isn't for you." Everyone knows ACE is handicapped, and when FBH turns out to be the strongest player they've ever had, they never send him out. What. The. Heck.

Is it confirmed that there will be wildcard held for the Hiya's spot? Some people on the FOMOS are claiming that he will indeed participate in this starleague according to his stream.

Allowing players to participate in only 1 or 2 individual leagues is miles away from allowing them to participate in 0.
Also --- if it's a matter of time constraints, it's different. Perhaps they can't fulfill their military duty while competing in the OSL. I'd understand that. I just think it's dumb if the purpose is disciplinary, because it will backfire.
