I think the biggest problem they had was probably finding someone to sponsor the last MSL. There was plenty of time, but it's likely that there wasn't enough money. Survivor and prelims usually run before a sponsor is announced, right?

At least a significant portion of the staff were absorbed into OGN, I hope the other staff that didn't get picked up find other jobs soon.

Thanks for all the memories MBC. Wish they could have finished the latest MSL but sadly they couldn't

Sad news indeed! I hope a new tournament repaces the MBC Starleague. The indiviual leagues have some of the best matches. I think especially bo5 bring a special play out of the players. The OSL finals with Jangbi and Fantasy was one of the most exciting set of games for me this year.
