Basically everytime KT has purchased a big-time player they've slumped hardcore, which really isn't that surprising seeing that they have to adjust to a new team, new teammates, new lifestyle, etc. But it happened to Reach, YellOw, Nal_rA, Action, etc.

KT curse doesn't exist. It's the same thing that happens to every player when they suddenly change teams -- most of them perform worse than previously, and a very few perform better. Nada won his double championship directly after moving to KT in Dec 02 (Panasonic OSL, KPGA 4), Luxury won an MSL when he was hardly even considered a title contender beforehand, and while you can say Nal_rA and Reach never won another title, they were incredibly potent players and perennial deep starleague runners for years to come after their transfer (Nal_rA was the closest thing both Oov and Savior had to a challenge before they were both unseated). Add Chojja to that, he also won his only title in KT after eating some silvers at the hands of Nada before.

I mean, it took action, what, 3 months before he was back to playing just as good if not better than he was in Estro? (he didn't have a winning record on Estro's roster) It's all about individual player adjustment.

Latest news : KT just announced that they received a letter from Blizzard mentioning that a new patch for BW will be released on 29 March 2011. The main point of the patch is to nerf siege tank (tanks will have half the current range, flash damage removed) and spider mine (not free anymore, will cost 25 minerals for each mine).
IMO this is the best news for BW ever, and good luck Flash and KT haha.

Agreed. Why would KT even announce that..

Also, there hasn't been a single balance patch for many years, I don't see why they'd suddenly deploy a patch for it.

Though, I would really like a blizzard patch that fixes the game for windows 7..
