Also, I bring bad news to everyone. free has been taken off Woongjin's February roster due to recent poor performance. Woongjin's manager said that taking off Free will not affect them that much since there aren't that many matches in February due to Lunar New Year's holidays, which will allow Free to get more practice time to try to improve himself.
On another note, Woongjin has changed captains from PianO to ZerO, and MBC Game has changed captaincy position from Saint to Jaehoon as well.
Hite Entus has also taken off many players in their roster for next month. The following players include sKyHigh, Rush, Orion, and SonGDuri.
This is sad news indeed, but hopefully we'll be able to see those players back on the roster again soon because they are trying to build themselves up again!

For Free to be taken off the Woongjin roster is a major shock to me. I know he was saying things about struggling but I don't think he would be doing THAT bad to get demoted.
Also Guemchi back already, that's great! Tossgirl is the cherry on the pie, hopefully she gets to play some televized games, you know, for her sake ^.^

KT seems to be running low on players. Flash and Stats can carry them through WL just fine, but come round 5 their games are going to get pretty funny.

Bisu actually got taken off the a-team during his slump on SKT as well... Not to mention that he didn't get to play a lot of the time
They removed Free, but not Seiya. Free might not have been playing according to his potential, but in his current form he's still nr 2 in Woongjin, maybe 3, but I think Soulkey is overrated. I think they removed Free mainly to make a statement.
I can understanding removing players, if you're gonna replace them with someone else. What's the point of removing players from your roster just to remove them?

Zero with recent super-performance and captain too? What a baller, hope that is a good confidence boost for a long long time to come.. Woongjin is known for a very hard ass coach though, hope there wasnt any deeper intrigues related to free's removal.

Free's removal is a bad move. Are they banking on Guemchi to be winner's league bonjwa again? It also bothers me that I only spot two terrans and three zergs on the lineup; both CJ and Sparkyz changed a lot. Back in 2007, CJ only had two protoss registered: Much and nbs, while the Sparkyz were infamous for having a tiny, at best inconsistent protoss lineup. In their entire history, they had only three notable protoss players. Though Zeus was pretty good, Chalrenge's performed better ceremonies than he played games and Horang2, until recently, went into every match with an extra serving of cheese.
I hope Skyhigh gets back on track and Puma delivers on his potential. Hydra counts for two so the zerg lineup is actually fine.
I hope free doesn't take this hard, and that this break/training will give him a dose of what Bisu got. While I think ZerO becoming captain will lead woongjin out of their PL slump, I have a feeling his gameplay will suffer as a result. Bad timing too if ZerO makes it to the Msl finals D: . Good to see Guemchi back too
Tossgirl's been on the roster all season iirc (she was on it in January for sure). But she hasn't even been on the bench, so I don't think it carries much meaning, especially considering she's been performing worse than ever lately.
I really don't understand why they don't even put her on the bench, though. I would be interested in having some comment from the coaches on that. When she was briefly on the roster last season (and they actually had intended for her to play if it weren't for a series of team losses), they didn't have her on the bench, either.
