The winner today is...
For kicks I used Google translate on this, and it came out to "Hardware Clan v5!! Oh yeah STX wins!Shuttle! Q: You came back to earn a win for your team. A: At first I thought some other player was going to be my opponent, then Sun came up, causing me surprise. Since had come back against me last time, this time it was my chance for revenge. Last time I thought the game was pretty much won [for me] but I ended up losing, and that shocked me, but I have confidence, so I thought I would win the game today as long as I wasn't put in too difficult of a situation. However, this win was not as easy as I expected.
Q: You faced the risk of losing. A: During the first battle I knew there would be lots of storms [T/N: Psionic storms is cool but the way it's written in Chinese makes it sound like "there shall be THUNDAARRRR!" Either way it sounds cool.], but I made too many Archons, so I didn't have enough storms. Therefore, I had to be very passive [and lost the engagement]. At that time, I really thought I had lost.
Q: When you win, the team seems to win. When you lose, the team seems to lose. A: Initially, it did not seem like that, but after nine matches it did start to seem kind of weird. I think that in the future the team can achieve many more victories, and if I can continue getting a lot of wins as well, that would be really good.
Q: In the Second Round Central Plains is gone, replaced by Bloody Ridge. A: It seems the fans wanted to see more diverse matchups, so a different map was chosen to be more interesting. It seems like Central Plains was always a late-game map, and only Protoss was ever sent. I think it was a good idea to remove Central Plains.
Q: STX's next opponent is Samsung. How do you think that will go? A: During the first round we did not have very satisfactory results. I only had a two-game winning streak, so this round I'd like to take a three-, maybe four-game winning streak and elevate my game to a new level. [T/N: He didn't answer this question at all?]
Q: Any last words? A: Calm-hyung looks very depressed recently, so I hope today's victory will give him some momentum. Calm-hyung is [an] Ace, so like Kal he will quickly rebound.
Q: You simultaneously ended both Bisu's and SKT's SPL winning streaks. A: Last time I lost to Bisu in an Ace match, so before today's match I was still a bit nervous, even chilled to the bone. I really wanted to win, and so it was that I ended up winning. I am so happy.
Q: During the fourth set you lost to Bisu, but you won during the Ace match. What caused the difference? A: During the first match Bisu's tactics were very good. I had trouble containing him, and being thwarted in my efforts [to contain him] was a major cause [of defeat]. During the second set we both had lots of opportunities, but my luck was better, so I ended up winning.
Q: When Bisu came up in the fourth set, how were you feeling? A: Bisu-hyung was very well-prepared, and seeing him as my opponent for the fourth set made me very happy, since this was a good opportunity to test my strength. However, both in terms of containment and operations I lost pretty badly. In the Ace match, I met him again and was very happy to take revenge.
Q: Bisu was on a monstrous winning streak. You must have been under a lot of pressure. A: I was not very concerned about this, but he is very good, so I was envious. As another Protoss, I wanted to stop him. Today, I really wanted to send one loss to him as a gift, but in the end we both took a win and a loss. I guess I kind of attained my goal.
Q: Central Plains has been replaced by Bloody Ridge in Round 2. A: Now we can play more aggressive, exciting games.
Q: SouL's next opponent is Samsung. A: The teammates are very positive. Our results during the first round were not very good, but we all practiced very hard. We will try to attain a winning streak.
Q: Any last words for us? A: I'm really happy for today's win. Recently we haven't seen Calm-hyung laugh, and today we finally got to see that. It's so cute! [T/N: Fuck yeah cuteness.] I'd like to thank all the fans for cheering for us.
Calm and Bogus dual interview done by the lovable Cheep, who for some reason wants to consume me.
Thoughts on winning? Calm: To be honest, because SKT has been performing well in SPL and hasn’t lost, we really wanted to stop them. To be able to beat a first class team makes me glad. It’s double the joy. Bogus: I’m very glad to beat a good team today. And I’m extra happy that I was able to contribute.
You beat BeSt, thoughts on the game? Calm: BeSt played according to his specialty, and I couldn’t fall behind on that, so I played very relaxed. The drops weren’t meant to win, but just to harass and pressure Best. Against a macro player, I couldn’t afford to give away units.
Your wincount has been going up. Bogus: I’ve won many games recently, but I didn’t feel like it’s cause of my ability, and I wasn’t very confident. I will work harder and win with my abilities.
Last season a lot of people accused you of excessive turtling, and now you’re more aggressive. Bogus: I’ve always been aggressive. I guess it’s cause I’m used to televised games this year, and my in-game decision making is usually better than last season.
You’ve contributed a lot, and you’re not the Terran ace of the team. Bogus: I’m glad to have a good showing. There are still many games left, I need to focus and perform even better.
STX’s Zergs have been slumping. Calm: We’ve been doing deep introspection right now, it’ll be fine soon.
The Protosses have been very active, is that affecting you? Calm: It’s still the early stages of the league, so even though the other races performing well is threatening, the Zergs are also working hard to improve. We’re all looking to be better.
You opened R2 with two wins, thoughts? Calm: In R1 we didn't reach our goal, and the situation wasn’t great, but R2 we’re opening well. Our R2 goal is to win every game. Bogus: The team is in a 2-win streak, but we haven’t displayed all of our strategies yet. We still have even better performances.

+ Show Spoiler +Shuttle! You made a comeback victory to get a point for the team.-I expected some other player, but then Sun came, so I was surprised. And in R1, he made a comeback victory against me, so this was my chance for revenge. I was confident. Last game, I was in a surefire win position, but managed to lose it, and I was upset. For today’s game, I thought that I shouldn’t lose without any major difficulties, but I didn’t win as easily as I thought. You were constantly on the verge of losing.-During the first engagement I knew I needed Storm, but I made a lot of Archons and didn’t have HT left, so I was pressured. I really thought I’d lose. When Shuttle wins the team wins, and when Shuttle loses the team loses.-I didn’t realize it at first, but after 9 times this happened, it seems kinda magical. I think the team will be able to win more from now on, so I guess I can win more. That’d be nice. Central Plains was replaced with Bloody Ridge in R2.-From the spectators’ perspective, they’d want to see different races, so I guess maps like that would be more interesting. Central Plains is a late-game map, and it’s basically all Protosses, so I think removing Central Plains is a good thing. The next opponent is Samsung, what do you think?-My R1 record wasn’t satisfactory; I only got a 2 win streak. Now I want 3 or even 4 wins in a row, and will strive to higher standards. Last words?-Calm seems depressed lately, today’s victory will change his attitude. Calm’s the team’s ace, so like Kal, he will become better very quickly. Kal!You simultaneously ended Bisu and SKT’s SPL win streak.-I lost to Bisu before the ace match, so I was nervous before the game, and I was chilled to the bone. I really wanted to win, and I ended up winning, so I’m very happy. You lost to him in game 4 but won in ace, what was the difference?-In the first game Bisu chose a good strategy, and from my position it was hard to pressure Bisu, so I was impeded when trying to harass and pressure him. In the second game we both had equal chances, and I was lucky so I won. What did you think when Bisu was sent out for game 4?-Bisu prepared well. When I saw Bisu for game 4 I was glad because it was a chance to test my abilities, but I lost badly in both micro and harassment. I was glad to get revenge in the ace match. Bisu was in a winning streak, did you feel pressured?-I didn’t really mind that, but he’s really good, and I was jealous. As a Protoss, I wanted to stop him, and I wanted to give him a loss as a gift today. The end result was 1-1, so I guess it was sort of realized. There’s no Central Plains in R2 anymore, it was replaced with Bloody Ridge.-It’s a chance to play more aggressive, exciting games. The next opponent is Samsung.-All my teammates are working hard. Our result in R1 wasn’t great, so everyone’s working hard. We’ll try to get a winning streak. Last words?-I’m really glad to win today. It’s so rare to see Calm-hyung smile lately, but we can finally see it today. It’s so cute. I want to thank all the fans who’ve been cheering us on. Calm and Bogus!Thought son winning?Calm: To be honest, because SKT has been performing well in SPL and hasn’t lost, we really wanted to stop them. To be able to beat a first class team makes me glad. He won a match against Kal and lost another match. There is nothing to cry, it isn't like the games vs Shine. And who care about the match result, we only care about Bisu's result ^^.

Calm looks like he's doing a horrible job of keeping a straight face in that second picture. Just let out the laugh like Kal did, silly clam.
Congrats to STX. Good to see Kal kicking off his slump. As I Protoss fan I can't be mad with such a happy Kal picture, even if they beat SKT.

I honestly thought that Fantasy would've been a better choice because STX simply has no means of beating him. Oh well, what's done is done.

Gosh, I love it so much when Kal wins. Easily the most happy person ever.

STX showing that they aren't a pushover. Really glad that Calm won against Best, even though I am not his greatest fan I was starting to worry.
And what about Hero's Queens? Does that EVER work?

And what about Hero's Queens? Does that EVER work? To be fair, it would've worked if hero wasn't already at a huge disadvantage as it was.

as for queens, please see Hydra vs Ruby from a couple days ago
EDIT: @ the caption to the first picture, v5 is a phonetic translation of 威武, which means fearsome... something like that I think

Lol, Kal looks so genuinely happy

Thanks for the Interview.!
Great job STX!! Forgot about SKT1s winstreak for a minute there too, but bisu's streak! Awesome job GooJila! You're the Man!

With their line-up you'd think STX would have more of these interviews. Still super sad SKT and Bisu lost :[[[...had to happen sometime though. Bisu needs to fix that record against Kal sometime.. >:[

Calm...looked better with glasses, personally. That or he just has far too much make-up on.
I was rooting for T1 and Bisu, but I'm glad Kal won anyway; though it's been said many times, I hope he finally reaches his true potential as an S-Class player and be another exemplary Protoss player for the rest to follow alongside Bisu and free. I would root for Stork and JangBi seriously, but unless they time travel and go back to 2008 to regain their skills, they're really nothing but talk at this point.
Oh and I really wonder if Bisu was nervous or not during the Ace Match? He seemed to miss a lot of opportunities with his initial rush and Kal's response, despite not being perfect, was enough to bring the ball to his court and he ran away with it.
Also, out of curiousity, what is Kal's strongest match-up? I figured he was an all-rounder in all MUs but his recent victories over Bisu (above anything else) seems to imply that his strongest MU is (starting to become) vP?
T1 and STX hwating. Can't wait to see these two teams play again as all of their games are interesting.

I think he's strong all-around, but I think his PvT has been excellent recently.. only unable to beat Flash (but no one can beat him at the moment anyway). His PvZ has always been excellent since he came on the scene, and his PvP i'm not too sure about.
but he's a good all-around player. Never reached that S-Class though did he? sure hope he does. he's a fun player to watch
