ForGG and Hiya probably practiced and got to know each other really well when ForGG was with Lecaf. Since they are both part of the Terran Line-up they probably lived in the same room and/or talked a lot during practice time.
ForGG is know as being very quiet and shy so his personality would contrast well with Hiya's outgoing-ness (if his ceremonies are any indication of his personality.)
