▲ I played a more difficult game than I expected. I was extremely tired today but thankfully the game worked out. After winning my exhaustion has disappeared and I’m very happy.

Midas played very well. WeMade has made it to the playoffs in proleague and now I can see there was good reason for that.- When did you feel you had won?
▲ Because the game was harder than I anticipated there wasn’t a moment I truly felt that way. I just focused and played hard and was able to win that way.
- CJ’s on a break right now – wasn’t practice hard because of that?
▲ Some of my teammates helped me before they left for break. I want to say thank you to the few players who stayed behind and helped me practice. Yesterday was the group selections so I concentrated very hard as I practiced today.
- How was the group selections yesterday?
▲ I feel like the group selections has always been enjoyable for me. Rather, I feel like the parts where I spoke were boring. Maybe it’s because I was the one speaking but I felt that every part except my own was entertaining (laughs).
- Your goal this season must be special.
▲ Though we disappointingly dropped out in proleague, I’m going to shake that off quickly and concentrate on individual leagues so that I can show good results
- Last words you want to say?
▲ Though our team regretfully lost in the playoffs, next time we’ll do well so that we can show better sides to ourselves – please continue to cheer for us.

- Your feelings on winning the first game of the Ro16?
▲ I wanted to get revenge for losing against WeMade in the playoffs… I felt terrible to my teammates because it felt like the team lost because of me. Now only individual leagues are left so I will concentrate on advancing to a high place. Up until now, I haven’t had the chance to focus solely on individual leagues but now that the opportunity has arrived, I’ll try to reach for the higher points.
- How was today’s game?
▲ The game actually played out better than my games did during practice. I was a bit taken aback when my opponent attacked with lurkers but for the rest of the game I wasn’t very nervous. I just thought if I defended well I would win.
- You didn’t seem to be in good condition in your last playoff match.
▲ I was so exhausted – it just felt like my gameplay wasn’t following through at all. On top of that, I felt like I made a lot of errors in decision making that eventually made me lose. I feel like I was less prepared than
BaBy.- How did you practice?
▲ I practiced with some players who stayed behind to help me and some players who stayed behind to help
Sea. Saint hyung and HyuN hyung continuously helped me. They helped me by playing team melee during practice so RorO didn’t seem that scary. - Your thoughts on the upcoming games?
▲ Though our run in the proleague is over, because
Sea and I are still in individual leagues, our break doesn’t feel like a break. However, I’ll try my hardest to focus and show good results. - Last words you want to say?
▲ WeMade now has to play SK Telecom in the playoffs – I’ll make sure

- Your feelings on winning your first game of the Ro16?
▲ Just like other times, upon actually reaching the day of the match, I became nervous. Thankfully, once I entered the player’s booth I calmed down. Because both of us were busy with schedules, I’m sure neither of us could practice as much as we wanted but I think I was able to win because I had a strategy I kept practicing until now.
- You played a game against a former teammate.
▲ I was a MBCGame practice player with
Bisu. Bisu hyung’s pvt and pvz was second to none at the time but for some reason his live games didn’t seem to play out well. During practice, whenever I played with Bisu hyung, the record was always 5-5. Because of this, I’ve never thought that Bisu’s pvt was less than any other protoss’s. - Your opponent used carriers.
▲ After the game was over,
Bisu hyung mentioned that maybe he shouldn’t have gone for carriers. Though Bisu hyung does use carriers very well, I think it’s the truth that it doesn’t suit him (laughs). I feel like luck was on my side today. I think I was able to win because the game played out in my favor early on. - Aren’t you disappointed about dropping out from the playoffs?
▲ Of course, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed. I wondered to myself what it would’ve been like if we were second in proleague and were seeded to the semis. I believe the real fault was that we just played too tight this season without taking enough breaks.
- Your feelings on the OSL group selections?
▲ In this OSL, because there are so many prominent players, I knew I would never be able to land in an ‘easy’ group. Since the groups have been chosen, I will prepare hard so that I can show good results.
- How did you practice?
▲
Smart and IrOn helped me along with Tiny hyung who played as protoss to help me practice so I was able to maintain my sense of playing. - Are you confident you can advance far this season?
▲ I’m not a fortune-teller or anything… I’m not sure. [t/n: why are you so cute] Honestly, I played today thinking it’d be fine even if I lost or won. Because the WCG prelims are also coming up, since I practiced hard, even if I lost I thought to myself there would be nothing I could do about that.
- Last words you want to say?
▲ Despite the fact that SK Telecom beat STX, we still weren’t able to get 2nd place. Honestly, if I lost to
Bisu hyung today I was thinking of not helping in practice but since I won today, I’ll help in practice (laughs).source: fomos

▲ I’m not. Because the match is not over, the fact that I have to play another set makes me uncomfortable... I wish I could finish team-matches like this in one day.
- How did you practice?
▲ Proleague was Tuesday and Wednesday was the group selections so we told each other we wouldn’t practice. Because of this, I just did a lot of thinking on
Hyuk hyung’s play style and I think that worked out well.- During the OSL group selections, your group was about to be your teammates as well.
▲ There were rumors that
EffOrt was going to put our team players in one group so I was nervous, and at the actual group selections, Effort didn’t really greet me when I said hello so I got nervous again. Thankfully, EffOrt hyung chose groups well so I’m very grateful to him. - You went for a standard management game.

Hyuk hyung didn’t go for 3-gas too quickly so it was a situation where I didn’t need to attack right away. I thought if I could just defend, I could win.- How was today’s game?
▲ In the beginning my hand wouldn’t warm up so a lot of my scvs at my nat were idle. That along with making the mistake of getting supply blocked made me a bit nervous.
- You have to prepare for proleague now.
▲ If we both had only the MSL to prepare for we could have practiced harder but because we had both the group selections and proleague, we couldn’t practice properly. Now the proleague playoffs are in front of our eyes, so I hope we don’t stay conscious of today’s game but play together well for the proleague.
- Your record wasn’t so good in the Round of 6 playoffs.
▲ To be honest I don’t think I had a strong enough will for the playoffs. After the regular season ended, I think I just relaxed but after watching my teammates work so hard, I realized a lot of things. For the playoffs I’ll make sure to work hard to fulfill my role on the team.
- Last words you want to say?
▲ It’s my first time having to play against
Hyuk hyung as a teammate so it’s really awkward, but next week I hope that no matter what the results are we can laugh about it together afterward and end things nicely.source: fomos
