You cannot be serious. Entirely luck based? Then how on earth do you explain that there are varying levels of skill and win ratio, you mean to tell me the difference between Jangbi and Jaehoon is that Jangbi gets luckier more consistently? Or that Flash is just an amazing lucky guy in 70-90% of his games. Nope, just doesn't make sense. Does luck play a role in StarCraft, absolutely. But to say that StarCraft is entirely luck based at the pro level is just absurd. And, congrats to IdrA on his accomlishment; great to see a foriegner still working hard at it in Korea, keeping the dream alive for the rest of us!

Even though he probably won't read this or even more likely doesn't care I would nevertheless strongly recommend him to work with a psychologist or w/e on his mental "stability" (this word is a bit strong, I know, "mindset" could be more fitting). I am aware that that this will be quite difficult being in Korea, but as I assume that he is trying to become a SC2 pro this should be one of his major concerns. Better to reduce the amount of training and to improve his mindset. It will be worth the money I am sure.

Also, at this skill level, unless you're really above everyone you're facing, games can just go either way. Qualifying for OSL has always been a fucking roulette for 90% of its participants. That's how hard BW is.
