He goes to OSU, but goes to a regional campus elsewhere in the state instead of the main campus. Is he allowed to join? so is that like Penn State or Cal States? If so... I don't think that really qualifies because the campuses really aren't related in anything other than name.

I don't know if it's like penn or cal at all, but I guess the campus is pretty independant from main campus, though all the funding is the same. Mostly it means if he doesn't join the OSU team, he's out of csl entirely because OSU Mansfield campus certainly isn't big enough to host a seperate team. It's not like he's an ex-progamer we're trying to slip in either, he's in the coach-pupil league (as a pupil). It's basically IS OSU, just an expansion of the school. You wouldn't say your expansion in another main of the map is a different player than you in a sc game, it's the same thing, especially if you started making new gates and new tech there!

Actually it doesn't sound impossible. We really have to assess the situation though. Typically, we'd want the team to be as close geographically as possible. Can you explain the reason why he's on a different campus? Like, why does OSU have separate campuses? And how separated is OSU in terms of the campuses? If the OSU sports teams don't draw from all of the different campuses, then I'd lean toward no. If OSU has one big team, however, I'd lean toward allowing that person on the team.
