Dear me, I see so much hatred toward me from some, as well as some conflicting problems that could be easily solved if put thought carefully but as always, people all tend to overreact and make their own assumptions and minds about everything without thinking twice or consulting the main problem to the one who is at problem. Before I go on, tell me something, if "Idra" happen to be a D rank people in your team of CPL but he shows much hope and promise, yet he acts the way he does like today and says he can't make it to every single Saturday, would you kick him out?
Actually scratch that, you probably would knowing what happened to this situation. That being said, I will move on to my next step of now making this explanatory post for all those who just do not have a sense of reason in their mind within CPL and in TL, notably to the mods and the coaches.

I think it's pretty selfish for a single person (the other coach I never met) to decide the team name all by himself without consulting to the entire team, either of the coaches have neglected to even make a team blog thread like the all other teams have despite the fact I suggested this to chaos, and no one ever had complains toward me when I met with the team, both players and coaches. Yet I get this ultimatum?
I want explanations to all sides to this story, both coaches, players of the team and from the mods. If the reasons are justified, I will step down but if you do not convince me with sufficient reasons, I will once again make more claims regarding this matter. And no, I would not easily go down silently like others would normally would so I want replies asap. Thanks. If you want me to address all your points then so be it. Starting from the top, yes I know you have finals this week, so do most people. This has nothing to do with why you are being replaced. The team had been trying to come up with a name before and the idea of SNSD had already been thrown out. From my point of view the other coach just made it official because we needed a name and it was the only idea we had. Other teams made blogs (most other teams. I'm pretty sure not every single other team made one) mainly as a way to contact their players. I already explained this to you before, but I sent a PM to all of you, and had successfully made contact with all of you, whether it was through AIM or just on iCCup. I saw no need to make a blog at that point. Why would I? Basically what it comes down to is very simple. You signed up to participate in a league in which you can not show up to the matches. We would prefer to have someone on our team that can actually show up on Saturdays. It's nothing against you personally, but its what the team has decided would be best. Here's an analogy I think is fairly appropriate: You can't buy tickets to a basketball game that starts at 7:00 and then request for everyone to not start playing until 9:00 because you can't make it until then. You can't honestly ask me to try and reschedule every single one of our matches just because they don't fit into your schedule.
So, let's start with the coach who was has a lack of compromise in him DESPITE THE FACT that the PM received from I10f have gave such reasonable hope and options for me to continue and yet unwillingly just because you think of that one single entity of the whole Saturday thing. So I will go on starting with what the PM exactly holds:
l10f precisely stated the following:
1. Let him stay on the team, and whenever you want him to put him on the roster (will probably be not too often, right?) you can ask the coach of the other team if that specific set can be played on another day.
2. You have the power to kick him off the team.
3. He probably doesn't work all day saturday, so find a time that both coaches can agree on.
Now yes, I will make my defensive claim about Saturdays before I continue. It's true I have work on Saturdays at a certain time where I mentioned again and again that I come back from home at night time where that can be another time on Saturday to play with holds option #3 but failed to comply. Fair enough, to make a defensive statement, I can easily quit my job for this to prove a point but that would make me stoop to such low levels as you have shown before me over the past few points, so had you talked to me before regarding this matter before going option #2, I would have considered and stop working on Saturdays to do this, but now you gave me less more of a reason to do so.
Furthermore, you decided to make this act WITHOUT talking to me first, with reasons or any detail, you just felt like to "KICK" me out of the team. Do you think this is ethnically fair? To both mods and coaches who made this decision very swiftly without second thought of the other side of the story. Have you ever considered why the hell I am forced to work on Saturdays and also the options I can take? No, you just all become selfishly overpowered upon yourself to do this which I find why we have such numerous problems within other players who waited like me only to be accepted then out of the league the week after.
So here's an analogy to counter your analogy in which you ASSUME is ABSOLUTE to the laws of this world and reality: You go to a basketball game that starts at 7 but I can't get there at 9 for reasons that can become anything in the ultimate end. However, I come at 9 anyway despite knowing I would be late 2 hours not being hassle to the game itself, it's just my own decision to still make it to the game that I brought tickets on despite that I might be seeing the last 30 minutes. Would I still do it? Yes, because I made a commitment and I am dead serious about this game. However, I would also compromise or try to ask for some sort of compromise beforehand if a set played by me and someone would be scheduled for a later time of the same time where it can easily be 2 hours if they can wait that long. So if my set is set 1, and since games take like 30 minutes each, why not move it to set 4? Why not actually talk about it to settle it more peacefully than such extreme actions? In order words, what all of you are doing is being radical and extreme where you missed the concept of what realism is in this situation, which I cannot accept any of your reasons of doing so. I may be spoiled, a bit mean and greedy sometimes, but I hold true to my own definition of reasons enough for me to know what is right and wrong. So if you guys think all you guys are doing is right, go back to your core philosophy class to relearn the theory of ideology.

Pokebunny, you say such things here that ruins the entire point and mood that people laugh at you. I'm not only talking about myself but I've seen plenty of people in TL enough that you aren't a likable person. Lastly, I will say my final statement before I end my rant to wait for another rant to come if the reasons given once more are unjustified again like given here. Since I am already out of the CPL as a player as it has seems, I have no further have a need of interest of CPL in general as it seems. Despite my deep heart devotion and commitment I was willingly to sacrifice for a greater cause of the Starcraft community as well as TL, it seems this was the wrong step to take once more as such incompetent people exists before my eyes. Unfortunately, it had to be with such people on my team where sometimes I kind of do wish that if I ended in a different team, perhaps such a fate would have not occurred. I realized I signed up and also am a streamer for CPL but with this sort of action and ultimatum (god I love that word now) handed down to me, I see it such with meaningless attempt to even try to stream you folks playing games since all I'm going to end up on the other side is such ungrateful reaction and criticism. As such, if I am out of CPL as a player, I am also out of my duty as a streamer and commentator of CPL as well, where I will make one thing clear: I'm a pretty damn good streamer in my opinion that could have done a lot more than what I may have done but what a loss. Good luck to all other streamers out there hoping to do better streaming than me because I will show you just how much capability my streaming can go. See ya. Onward to my next finals.

I'm busy on Saturdays as well, but I plan to try to make it to all the matches either with a change of time or whatever else may work. I have a youth group activity to attend at my church from 3:30pm CST to about 7:30pm CST. I'm still going to work it out somehow with my teammates and coaches!

Thank you nightmarjoo for your much kindness and understanding. I understand your intention and I intend to consider it once my possible options are fulfilled. However, I am waiting for a response from the rest of the parties to first consider what deem as just and ethical in this CPL as well as a honorable and clear reason that I may be satisfied to wash away clean from the CPL as much as possible. Until then, I would be unable to give you a response of your offer, but please wait, at least until my finals are done (which is friday) for a response of your invitation. I once again promise myself to not post until I get the responses from the parties I wish to hear from but it's because I have such a willingly devotion person as a coach, I will be gladly to response right now.
But really, for everyone else, I really hope you took my response earlier this page to heart and consider the position I'm coming from. So please, give me your feedback and CONSTRUCTIVE criticism regarding this matter unlike a "destructive criticism" we have received from a few people in the past posts.

The main point of CPL is to train players and make friends, if you cant go by that I think you are not the kind of people we are looking for.
On one hand lots of D players go rage when they lose, I know I did. On the other hand the other player has the right to complain about your behavior because thats not what we came here to do. About your times, it is something that you were aware of since you signed up, so you have no excuse on not being able to show to particular matches, and if your coaches decide that they cant have you because of that, they are on their right to request your change, but l10f has the last word in if you are going to stay or not in the team.
He follows recommendations/requests from the coaches and team players, so instead of trying to "prove your point" you should earn their trust and you are doing exactly the opposite of that.
I dont like the fact that so many people had to be replaced because of being showoffs or lying about their rank, this is not a ladder this is for IMPROVING and in my eyes one thing we can improve is our way to behave with other people.
So both of you can stop now and leave this decision to l10f.

I would gladly start over and be better and lessen such problems in the future, but unfortunately, my team and the coaches of my team don't see me as a potential but as a liability at this instance so I want to hear from them as well. I mean through mutual discussions and reasoning is the best way to solve this problem and that is what I am waiting for. It's not as if I have tried or purposely wanting to flame, please understand that.
I am really done for the night and won't be around for a few hours most likely, so I hope the resolution is rightfully decided and conflicts can be lessen in the future.

It seems pretty clear to me, they don't want you on the team and kicked you off. You can start over next CPL if you get selected. If you can't show up because of finals, don't sign up for the CPL that has a large practice period during finals. Sign up for the next one. Problem solved.
