Starting from the top, yes I know you have finals this week, so do most people. This has nothing to do with why you are being replaced. The team had been trying to come up with a name before and the idea of SNSD had already been thrown out. From my point of view the other coach just made it official because we needed a name and it was the only idea we had. Other teams made blogs (most other teams. I'm pretty sure not every single other team made one) mainly as a way to contact their players. I already explained this to you before, but I sent a PM to all of you, and had successfully made contact with all of you, whether it was through AIM or just on iCCup. I saw no need to make a blog at that point. Why would I? Basically what it comes down to is very simple. You signed up to participate in a league in which you can not show up to the matches. We would prefer to have someone on our team that can actually show up on Saturdays. It's nothing against you personally, but its what the team has decided would be best. Here's an analogy I think is fairly appropriate: You can't buy tickets to a basketball game that starts at 7:00 and then request for everyone to not start playing until 9:00 because you can't make it until then. You can't honestly ask me to try and reschedule every single one of our matches just because they don't fit into your schedule. | ||

His integrity and values dont matter imo, seeing as he can play in the league at the set times, as long as he doesnt keep bming the coaches/players. also as mentioned before ganfei is permabanned too but hes still coaching, wouldnt be fair to single mekhami out | ||

But he isn't stupid, just insulting. You have failed to cure one of your two maladies. Anyway, you were banned on your other ID for being a dick, then apologized, promised to be better, and came back on this one. Then you couldn't even get to 100 posts without melting down. I don't think this is the right place for you. So it's hard to say it's an isolated incident. But if there's a coach who's banned from TL too, that makes this a bit more complicated. Still is a bit weird that a league run at TL would include people banned from the site... | ||

he's the most dedicated one on our team and has really learned a lot from this and gotten a lot better. maybe its because our team is too good that people think it's imbalanced if you want mek to be removed because of balance issues just say so, don't try to cover it up with other reasons  | ||
