A lot of people have Jangbi, Iris and Zero. Could be worse, you could have Sea in anti-team ;D

Yeah, SangHo winning has really fucked me over. Though today was a good day for me
+ Show Spoiler +Mind won and Jaehoon lost. Samsung lost too so I don't know how things are gonna play out for me.

That looks solid, unlucky so far but look: EffOrt won, JD and ZerO got you points, and your anti-team is gold. EffOrt and ZerO are playing again this week too. I make that 5 points.
(I'm at ...11, thanks to Sea. Knew I shouldn't have put him on anti (it burned me last round too), but "everybody was doing it".)

Updated.
Its funny that the consensus "locks" before the season were Iris, Jangbi, and Movie. People were even complaining about Iris being too cheap. For those who had Sea on their AT, this match was like a nightmare.

I seriously thought Jangbi would lose this game - but I still think Jangbi's going to end up as a decent value. I figure if he wins four or five games he's worth the two points, and I can't see him not doing that. Furthermore, he's locking down my captain spot so I've got everything hanging loose in case other higher risks (ZerO, HiyA) blow up in my face.

I couldn't figure out a better way to work it - plus Jangbi "should" have won. I'm also bad at trading, so I was looking for long-term value from the start. Possibly an ineffective strategy, but we'll see in the end I guess.

I guess, but every edge, even 1-2 point ones, matter in this because there are so many people. I really think the biggest thing owners make is not taking enough chances. If everyone is picking Jangbi/Iris/Movie, it might be best to not pick them. There are 1800 people and its extremely hard to do very well when 80% of your team is shared by everyone.
Why? Because the goal is to get in the Top 10 (and thus join that awesome "Former Top 10" Group), not finish in the Top 500. Sure, if Jangbi/Iris/Movie do well, you'll maybe finish #300 or so. But nobody remembers that!

indeed, i dropped from 34 all the way to 324 due to Sea winning in his ace match

Heh, the biggest mistake I made was picking Shuttle and SoO for my AT. Somehow I forgot they were both on STX and they're stealing all the points by.hero and July earn for me

Sea was a bad idea, but I had ruby on my main to balance it out.

Read the results of the WeMade match and went to the fantasy section expecting to be top 10. WTF'd when i couldn't find myself.
Never bet against Sea is the moral of the story.

Some questioned my Firebathero Anti-Team. Even I questioned it! But at the end of the day, who's laughing now? That's right, no one!

2 point wemade ftw! Allowed me to get jaedong/fantasy/effort and believe me they will eventually earn their keep.

So far so good. Hopefully Jaedong picks up the slack.

Just wait its only beginning of the season by the round 4 the hype of the teams on round 1 will be destoryed!

is trading in anti team same as main? that is, that you have to trade for sum1 of lower value?
