Phelix we are #1 seed because we are undefeated, not because we wrecked some Princeton scrubs (:

Haha, fanatacist, Rutgers owns the tiebreaker over Princeton. Also, why didn't you play Random this season?

Go send your B-team against our lineup on week 7, unless you want to go undefeated for the season. Same thing applies to Princeton's lineup this week.
Venture Capital is better off spent on lottery tickets rather than investing in E-Sports; you'll get a far better return. The difference is simple: Koreans are tryharding at the game, foreigners are tryharding in real-life.

Uh tie-breaker? Princeton has a loss from us and we have none, so that makes us 1 loss less than them therefore overuoveruoveru. Also, I play Random on USEast and at LANs vs. scrubs ;D

I thought you were challenging me? Backing out already? Or do you not want to get stomped by my main race? I was actually thinking of RvRing you, because I can.
Peace~

that sorta sucks because we were hoping to field a lot of our players who didn't get to play this season since we thought that the match wouldn't matter at all lol

oh well, another 3-0 isn't too bad either.

randomko, if ucsd somehow loses to sdsu then you want irvine to beat riverside so the standings look like:

irvine 5-1
san diego 4-2
riverside 4-2

and san diego advances by tiebreaker.

if riverside wins it could be

riverside 5-1
irvine 4-2
san diego 4-2

and san diego's out. see my playoff analysis on the last page. (also harvey mudd's still in it)

Time to send out C-team against SDSU?
Oracle comes in, Scvs go down, never a miscommunication.

It doesn't matter if we win, because we can't play in the playoffs anyways. We have two players who aren't students here, so they can't play in the playoffs. That drops our number to 3, so we'd have to forfeit in the first round anyways. So even if we did win, I think GT should advance anyways.

I'm sure that CSL+ will be willing to change the rule if you present your case... I think the rule is pretty dumb anyway, and is only unfair if a team picks up someone that is completely unaffiliated with the school/area or is like super A+ or whatever. That just makes things lame. That's just my biased opinion though.

UCSD advances if they beat SDSU, or if they lose to SDSU and one or both of:

1) Harvey Mudd beats UC Riverside
2) USC beats UC Irvine
3) UC Riverside beats UC Irvine

let's not jump to conclusions here... haha...

and per the rules, don't players have to be students (grad or undergrad) at time of registration?

Players whose universities have two or fewer players can request to join another university, given that:
The other university agrees.
The other university is reasonably close geographically.
The other university has no more than two players of this kind.
The player cannot represent the university in playoff games.
The player is ranked C or lower.

a player may join the team if he is from another school that is really close to the other school and if their own school doesn't have a CSL team. (such is the case with me)

I go to Radford University, yet Radford has 2 other players who play UMS maps and random shit like that, and don't know anything about competitive starcraft. I talked to them about making a CSL team and they said that they sucked and didn't want to.

So I asked mona (hazelynut) if I could join New River Community College and I was allowed. I was told that I could only play in groups, and once the playoffs start I was unable to play.

jalstar, you do not understand. Even if UCSD sends out their D-team, they will still beat SDSU. So regardless of the Riverside-Irvine game, UCSD will advance.
