I actually stayed up for the JD vs yarnc games because I wanted to see the golden mouse (fuck woops spoilers srry) in his hands. I dont think its the fact about the match up, as in my opinion all match ups are awesome. Kwanro is not an exciting player, and Calm is up and rising. IF it was JD vs Calm, then it would be a different story. I dont understand their logic of making maps slightly favoured toward a race. The ideal quarter finals should have a player from each race (like how GOM season 1 was, iirc). | ||

But rather it's "hey it looks like protoss really can't win on maps with X and Y, so lets make 1 thats more like Z to make it more balanced" and then that has a lot of effects on not on that particular MU but all matchups. | ||
