When I first started proleague and stuff, I thought watching a game without understanding commenators was absolutley horrible. Thats when I found Klazart... and he got me exited for the game with his Savior fanboism. These days there are plenty of commentary in english, but rather little in other languages. Especally in the nordic countries. The norwegian scene has pretty much died out. Those who are following the proscene are here on TL. Norwegian forums gets like one post a week or so. Even if they exist at www.sc2.no as a SC2 hype. I really love the SC scene, and I wish more people would discover it. But it has to be discovered by people, someone to drag them in to enjoy it. It is easier to enjoy something when you get it explained or somewhat relate to it with something familiar, like a language. This is why alot of people joined the SC community trough Gomtv casts. Its also about the younger generation to find appreciation to a game like Starcraft because of its greatness, and not to deny it because of graphics or age.
Anyways, I've put out a couple of commentaries on Norwegian. (sorry for you guys who dont understand) I assume many swedish/danish people can understand it. So if it is of interest, or even link to your friends to capture their attention, would be cool. I speak both swedish and finnish aswell, if people want me to make commentary's in those languages, tho I hardly know the SC language (especcally in finnish it can be hard ) But I can try. I'm not expert, but I have followed proscene since early 2007. There are very few of these commentaries, so I thought I would give it a try.
Did one game last year, the WCG korea finals. Yesterday started up again, and did the Bisu vs Yellow game that was so epic and played about a month ago.
I was expecting that I wouldn't understand anything because norwegians tend to speak rather fast. But I gave it a go. It was lacking excitement but other then that it was great, and very understandable from a danes pov.

Yeah I agree, I often personally have trouble understanding norwegian but you talked so clearly! Have you lived in Sweden maybe ?
I live in Kongsberg, about an hour or so southwest of Oslo. So not quite at the border. Never lived in Sweden, but I've lived in Finland for many years of my childhood.
Awesome contribution, keep up the good work! I love the seriousness of your commentating, and I can kinda guess where you get your inspirartion.
Might I also add, the accent of yours is kinda amusing at times
edit: also wow, how unusual it is to hear starcraft commentary in my own language. I can just imagen if this was on TV in the same way football ( soccer ) is broadcasted here. A man can dream...

what do you mean with accent is amusing?
I can kinda hear a hint of some other scandinavian language sometimes, like a mixture of Swedish/Finnish.
