This will be forever known as the face of a loser.
If you're viewing this post in the future you may very well not remember a player called Lee Jae Dong. After all his relatively good hot streak ended quickly with a loss to a player you will surly remember....
Orion.
For those future viewers I'll take you back. The day is August 2nd in South Korea. Lee Jae Dong stretches as he wakes up and thinks one thing, "lol i'm gonna crush that Orion nub lolololol..." Little did he know he was going to face the game that will ruin his career.
Meanwhile, in the CJ house Orion gets supportive advice from Kwanro, sAviOr, and EffOrt. Dreading what he expected.... To lose... However, he needn't worry for Orion was about to emerge victorious... The new zerg Bonjwa!
Simply look at the prediction in the "Tourney" thread: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=98923
Jaedong <God's Garden> Orion Clearly the world was about to be shocked
Yet, the results didn't reflect the prediction... Something was different... A different name was bolded!
Jaedong <God's Garden> Orion ZOMG
Yet was this truly unexpected? A force known as TLPD left a clue for us...
Just look at Orion's TLPD description! http://www.teamliquid.net/tlpd/players/137_Orion/description
Goodbye Lee Jae Dong You did well... For a while at least...
Only such hubris leads to such failure
EDIT: Um... Jaedong MAY OR MAY NOT have led Oz to win the semifinals that night, but really this was the beginning of the end.

I was just waiting for this to show up minutes after that match.
|
And honestly, it was funny with guemchi for bonjwa... but now its just old
|

Should have posted this BEFORE JD destroyed Effort.

Jaedong > Effort, OZ advances
slump is over as fast as it started?

Have you read your own sig?

but he won the important one
D:
this format is so rigged for oz's 1 man team
|
Then out of nowhere he appears in the booth in the Super ace match and lead Oz to victory securing themselves in the grand finals
|
This thread needs more funny photoshops. Otherwise = fail.
|
Then he fucking beats Effort.
At least Orion won't cry himself to sleep anymore now that he won a game.
|
You really should wait until the end of the match before posting.
|
I'm sorry, the idea is old and unfunny.
|
thanks for this incredibly unfunny topic bro
|
1/5 cause Jaedong continued on to rape Effort(not exactly rape I guess, but he purely outmicroed him).
Huge players have lost to unpopular progamers before, I don't really think it deserves such a thread TBH. Maybe if he lost numerous games in a row after his streak or something...
|
Lol JD purposely lost just so he didn't have to wait another game to win the Super Ace. Just kidding. But he won the one that counted the most
Edit- yeah this topic got old pretty fast -_-
|
lol, you probably should have waited for the super ace match before posting this.
Meaningful win > Insignificant game
Bad week to be a Jaedong hater.

Terrible for a CJ fan =/

I am proud to say that although I did not witness the days of Boxer, iloveoov, Nada, and sAviOr, I did witness the days of Guemchi, Perfectman, IdrA, and Orion.

I was expecting a good quality battle report but all I got was this piece of shit!?!
For shame.
|
sorry but orion is imba so the loss doesnt count
|
I'm sure after Orion lost to Nony he was dying to prove himself.
Looks like he's done i--- oh wait, he's still terrible.
|
Orion winning caused CJ to lose. Jaedong's Tyrant mode was unleashed after his loss and he facestomped Effort (again)

ahah most of all against JD XD
Orion was lucky I think. The timing he had was unexcpected but he played well. Anyway, once again, JD leads Hwaseung to the top.
The final will be epic.

why is perfectman getting hype.
Guemchi beat bisu, and Orion beat Jaedong.
Perfectman beat... Iris...

You do realize that JD purposely threw that game away to get the hopes up for desperate fanboys like you to sleep uncomfortably in their beds tonight?
|
HOW DARE YOU CITE YOUR RACE AS ZERG?
Look into the OP picture of his game face. That is the visage of a calculated, controlled beast.
|
Jaedong lost a game :O Orion won a game :O Someone on TL makes a thread about it -_-
|
1 game in pro Starcraft means nothing

Jaedong's Interview after the match to piss off the CJ fanboy OP
Q: You lost your first game against (Z)Orion today - was it because you didn't have enough time to prepare? A: Not so. When I was preparing, I was confident about both games. Orion was able to exploit something I hadn't thought of at all during our mind games. Even as I was playing, I thought that I had lost the mind games completely. So I immediately started thinking about my next game, and practiced my micro without much pressure. I thought there was a high chance the next game would be a Zerg vs Zerg.
Orion was just UMS Muta micro for JD lol!
|
Yesterday it was Perfectman today it's Orion tomorrow it's Pikatju in a week Sarah Palin will get into competitive SC and kick TossGirl's ass -_-
+ Show Spoiler +Stop calling noobs Bonjwa after one fricin game! you have no idea what it even means.
