Who would have known that chicken and rice was so good. Also known as halal. As its name implies, it's chicken, lamb, lettuce, and fried rice with white sauce + pita bread. That sauce is the fucking bomb because it's what makes the food sooooo good. I've been eating this for like a year now. Like Kosher, it refers to behaviour and conduct as well as diet, but in most environments refers mainly to foods.
