Timeline of events to summarize what happened:
April 15th:
IC School of Business tells me I am accepted via e-mail
April 27th:
I respond to the e-mail, stating that I did not receive any snail mail about this or any means of responding to confirm my acceptance. I ask what the deadline is. I am also waiting on confirmations from other colleges at this time.
April 28th:
I am told there is no deadline.
June 1st:
I once again tell them that I have not received any mail and that now I am sure I want to accept, because now I know my options.
June 9th:
They tell me I have to call admissions. I call, they are closed.
Today:
I get a call back from admissions. Turns out they sent my mail to some wrong address, even though in their records they have my exact address. Every other college had no problem reaching me. They tell me the deadline was May 1st, and that there is absolutely 0% chance of me getting in for the Fall semester.

I second the post above. Call everyone, start from the bottom of the chain of command, and work your way up, even if you have to call the Dean or even the president or the board of directors or something.
Since you did email them and they gave you wrong info, if you threaten to call someone higher up in the chain (Be like, may I have the name of your manager), they may be more pliant. Remember, THEY messed up, and THEY should have to pay, not you. Send certified letters of complaint to the people in the hierarchy, etc...
DEFEAT = NOT AN OPTION.

however if your situation remains the same, just think for a little bit -- is it really that big a deal? a lot of students head into university from high school very unprepared for the work load, when all they really want to do is get hammered and chase pussy for a while. one semester off working full-time definitely isn't the end of the world, and that way, while your friends are pounding colt45s and trying to act like the taste isn't halfway killing them, you can afford some real beer.

Physically traveling there and making your case in person seems to be the most effective option for you. Maybe a TLnetter in the area can let you stay there so you can be persistent? If they shrug you off and you have nowhere to go but home, you've just wasted a ton of time and money. Remember to bring all your records. You may not have recorded the phone conversations, but at least have the emails on hand.

I called about 5 times to different places, all of them admitted that the school fucked up and that there is nothing that could be done, that Spring is my best chance. I am going to try to e-mail the dean or whatever.
I already spent 1/2 a semester at Cornell, so no, this will not be a new college experience that I have to prepare myself for.
I am not going to waste the time until then obviously, in terms of work or the other possibilities I presented.

You really should just keep trying to get to the people's superiors. Tell your parents and have them help you make calls. Don't threaten them openly, but subtly hint that you're pissed and that they'd better do something.

Oh I forgot to add one thing. I think one asset of being in America is that you can not only make a stink at culpable parties, you can go around spreading it everywhere else too. They can ignore one guy all the way to their deathbeds, but colleges need to watch their reputations, and if you start damaging it, they'll have to appease you.
I've no idea how you would start doing that, to be honest, but hopefully you can get in the papers/the news or something.

As somebody who got into college midyear (I'm going to Brandeis this spring) I wouldn't be surprised if they offered you admission in the Spring. Just explain how it is your only option. I'm actually looking forward to taking time off from school, but do what you want to do.

They knew after I told them and were like "Oh we've been sending it to so and so address my bad that's the school's fault you're fucked anyway gg no re."
If I get no compromise from the dean (I sent a loooong e-mail), I am going to post phone numbers and necessary info on everyone involved if anyone wishes to join me (Mani's idea). I am definitely going to get my friends from real life to fuck them as well. HeavOnEarth, this is obviously the last resort.
I already started college 1/2 a year late, I do not want another 1/2 year off.
I do have physical evidence in terms of e-mails and etc.
I applied to multiple colleges but I chose to go to Ithaca over those colleges (the ones that accepted me at least), but I knew the deadlines for the other colleges since they sent me fucking mail about it so I can't go to those places either.

My parents are surprisingly understanding about this, and my mom is planning to have a few "conversations" with the deans/directors that lead the business school and the admissions staff. The dean I contacted forwarded my e-mail to the appropriate parties. I don't think I can say that I can get this cleared yet, but things are looking better. Either way, I am going to raise hell. Wish me luck!

So instead you come on here and bitch about it which is fine at first, but now you can't or won't make a 4 hour drive to give yourself to best possible chance to get into the Spring semester? Obviously talking to someone on the phone wasn't enough, it doesn't matter how many people you call or even if you managed to get a hold of the Dean, because you not making a trip to Ithaca means frankly you really don't give that much shit despite what you say. I suggest you to bring your parents along too in order to show that your family is serious about this. You want to make a big deal out of this, you want to show that this is important to you? Make the 4 hour trip, ffs.
You think top US officials go out of the country, suffer through jet lag and other travel-related shit to meet another countries representative over something that can discussed over a multitude of electronic media in this day and age for shits and giggles?
Make the trip, don't post until you get some definitive results.
