I have not smoked for two years and I've had this experience quitting: Increased weight: 14 pounds (I've lost little of this weight but in my defense I have gained in muscles quite abit working out) Money: It's quite noticeable Health: Yet fully recovered but I can run pretty far now and my coughing in the mornings stopped about a year ago. Self image: I see myself as a healthy guy who thinks about the future, its a stone off the chest | ||

Having said that, I still smoke, if not regularly but at least a few times a week and I know I really want to quit this habit completely... I wonder how many smokers are there on TL, maybe we could start something together to quit it, help someone quit it. Not really sure but yeah I imagine a lot of people can stop certain things if they are in a group together. Thoughts? | ||
