EPTI've made much progress on TC so far and while it still isn't done yet there are the basics present. You can select your race/community/sector and select any of the food/minerals/vespene actions. I'll have the creating of units and researching of upgrades up in a few minutes, so be patient for that part.
Any criticism is appreciated, especially on ease of use and readability.
